House vacation rentals in Campiglia Marittima

What a lovely hidden gem, after a few days in busy Rome Giovanni places was exactly what we needed for a few days of relaxation. Closer to Pisa and Florence the apartment has everything we needed and the swimming pool was a bonus, so peaceful and clean. Giovanni very helpful and his home made bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. For certain one our favourite places we been this time in Italy.

The photos do not capture beauty and character of this place. Very comfortable and high spec renovation of the historic farmhouse ... spacious, relaxing, huge pool, bedrooms stayed cool even as temperature reached 30+ degrees. Great restaurant just round the corner, and top wineries nearby. Fantastic weekend was had, thank you Maurizio!

Such an amazing place! I would recommend EVERYONE to go there! Violante and her husband are such nice hosts. We had a wonderful time there and will not hesitate to come back next year. Thanks a lot.

Andrea’s place & Palaia town far exceeded our expectations. From the first morning we arrived and were very early due to poor flight options, Andrea welcomed us into her home for coffee until the room was ready (which was early for us at no further expense!). The apartment was much bigger than the pictures suggest and the view was Tuscan beauty at it’s finest, vast rolling hills, beautiful sunsets and a hot tub that overlooked it all👌🏼 Palaia is a small, quiet town but has several brilliant restaurants and the pub was so friendly from staff to locals, we enjoyed it immensely. We visited Florence with ease due to the driver (Gigi) Andrea had organised and he was so flexible and reasonably priced. Finally, on our last day we were invited to Andrea’s home to help harvest olives and had a beautiful day with her & her partner Simone & his father and were made to feel so at home with them . I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely and tastefully decorated house, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The pool, very pleasant and perfectly maintained, was a real asset for our moments of relaxation. The environment is quiet and relaxing, ideal for recharging. Lucia, our host, was very attentive and was attentive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area by car.

This has been by far one of the most perfect holiday villas we’ve rented! Nestled in the most peaceful of locations, the villa was absolutely charming! Waking up to the sounds of birds chirping was a definite mood booster! We were relieved to see that there were herbs, oils and cooking condiments ready to use. The pool was a huge bonus and we used it most days. Seeing as we went in August, the outdoor temperature was very very hot, but luckily the house remained cool with its air con system. For anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle and doesn’t mind hillside driving, we highly recommend it! I would just mention that a few more hooks in the bedrooms to hang things on would be beneficial but didn’t impact our enjoyment whatsoever! The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

I rented the apartment to host my daughter's family who came from Sicily and I have to say that they were very satisfied with everything. Veronica and Gianni were really welcoming, very kind and helpful, I really liked their communication and responsiveness, so they reassured me right away. I recommend the apartment with my eyes closed, nothing is missing and has a fantastic location.

The apartment is brand new and located on a picturesque family estate, nestled among olive trees on a hill with fantastic sea views. The family is extremely warm and lovingly ensures that you don't miss anything. The pool area is fantastic and invites you to relax. The surrounding area also has plenty to offer and is ideal for road bike holidays in beautiful scenery.

The complex is in a larger clearing in the middle of the forest. Completely remote and quiet day or night. Pure relaxation. Well-maintained complex. Good kitchen equipment. Tastefully furnished apartment. Great pool. 14x7m. Perfect for a few laps or to romp. Location is perfect for excursions. Florence, Pisa, Siena each about 60 minutes away by car. In and around San Gimignano there are many restaurants with good Tuscan dishes. A reservation is often required if you like to move away from the tourist centers. Shopping facilities can be reached in 15 minutes. External garbage disposal at nearby collection points is a bit annoying. Laura took care of the personal key handover with us and speaks perfect German! All in all 5 stars! We will be happy to come back.

The place offers everything you want for a great vacation for several. Well-equipped kitchen, BBQ, nice bathrooms, cleanliness, always available and helpful landlord, a great environment for things to do. We loved it 🤩

We had a beautiful stay at this house. The landscape is amazing and the old house has some special charm. We had super nice neighbours which were always there and ready to help. The pool area is beautiful and you can really spend a good time there.

The house was just gorgeous. Ideal for a family. We also had our dog with us, who could easily walk around in the fenced large garden. We really enjoyed it here and would come back anytime! 😍

Everything was alright. Maura and Francesco were available whenever we needed. They helped us find a vet for our dog, brought a slide for the kids, recommended places on Elba. The house is clean, the plot is huge, the pool is amazing. Thank you

Great location and outdoor space! We especially liked the pool, the view, that there were several seating groups and the proximity to the city center. 10/10 Indoors it was ok, so for us it was the outdoor area that made the holiday brilliant! We would gladly came back.

We received a very warm welcome by Girogio. It spoke exclusively Italian, unfortunately no English. We were still able to communicate about the essentials, only for the phone appointment for check-in we needed help from an Italian. The apartment is super located and clean, the view of the bay and the very quiet location are fantastic. Here you can enjoy wonderful sunsets with a glass of red wine. The kitchen equipment is very good, we took care of ourselves almost every day and didn't miss anything. In the restaurant down on the beach, you even get a small discount if you say you come from Giorgio. His nephew works there:-) A big thank you to Giorgio!!! That was a great 8 days!

La Selvolina is a great place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings, but also the lovely pool. The house is nice, the kitchen very complete. Everything is available for a wonderful stay. If you have any questions, there was always a quick and very friendly response, which we experienced as very pleasant and welcome. La Selvolina is a wonderfully quiet place, about a 30 minute walk (up the mountain) or 5 minutes by car to Roccastrada. If you're lucky, you could see deer in the garden and hear the owls at night. It is advisable to have an SUV because the road is not paved.

Super nice simple and spacious apartment in a very nice location. The view was our favorite part of the location.

Very friendly and pleasant hostess, practical and tastefully furnished accommodation, a 10-minute walk to the beach. Bicycles at your disposal, so you can quickly buy fresh bread in the morning. Unfortunately, many mosquitoes with us, so the seating area and the lawn could only be used to a limited extent. We'd love to come back!
