Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Such an amazing place! I would recommend EVERYONE to go there! Violante and her husband are such nice hosts. We had a wonderful time there and will not hesitate to come back next year. Thanks a lot.

Beautiful house, comfy and cozy. We had incredible days between friends and the children loved the place. The owners always available and super attentive. Super recommend!!

We stayed three families in the house, a total of 14 people, and we had a very nice and relaxing week. The house has two well-equipped kitchens that we could use when we had the house to ourselves. There's also a large hall with pool table on the ground floor. The garden is relatively large and well kept with good parking facilities. There is a large pool with plenty of sunbeds and sofa and table under umbrella if you prefer the shade. The owner who stayed in a nearby house greeted us and showed us around when we arrived. She also had tips on activities and beaches in the nearby. Communication with Alessandro was excellent. Quick and good responses to our questions. Everything worked very well during our stay. The only minus is that the house is a little secluded and it takes you to have a car if you are going to get somewhere.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely and tastefully decorated house, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The pool, very pleasant and perfectly maintained, was a real asset for our moments of relaxation. The environment is quiet and relaxing, ideal for recharging. Lucia, our host, was very attentive and was attentive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area by car.

This is a fabulous house. While we were there we had not so great weather so a lot of the outdoor space went unused but we did have one evening that it was nice enough to sit outside and over look the valley. This is a house that is not walkable to anything. We would say they "live in the country". We didn't have an issue with this since we had hired a driver but be aware that there is nothing close by. The owners were so responsive and so kind during check in. Couldn't have asked for better owners.

Beautiful and private villa

The house and outside area was perfect for a stay of large group. Lots of space for everyone, and a very lovely pool area that was much appreciated in the warm Italian summer. Francesca was a very kind and responsive host, patiently taking caring of all the many questions by a large family, and she even arranged catering for birthday celebration we had in the house.

Dont even think and just book it. Great place amazing views . Vittorio and his family are the kindest most nice people on the planet. Appartment comes squeaky clean and with all the amenities a person would need. Great recommendations of places, restaurants and everything,although you do need a car to check most of them out but everything is in radius 15min. Vittorio checked in multiple times to ask if everything was okay and if anything else was needed. Even went out of his way and prepared us a special place by the pool to celebrate new year’s. Lovely overall 100/10 :)

Accommodation was very good. We had everything we needed for our stay. Two special things were the covered terrace with dining table and the large garden with pool.

What an absolute gem of a place. Lovely three bed property, that was spacious and clean. The gardens and view were breath taking. Many vineyards which are at a walkable distances. The town was around a 40min walk but we didn't mind this as it was so peaceful. Concetta was such a welcoming host, and the best part was the lovely meal she prepared for on my birthday. It was well worth the extra money. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore more. Thank you concetta!

The complex is in a larger clearing in the middle of the forest. Completely remote and quiet day or night. Pure relaxation. Well-maintained complex. Good kitchen equipment. Tastefully furnished apartment. Great pool. 14x7m. Perfect for a few laps or to romp. Location is perfect for excursions. Florence, Pisa, Siena each about 60 minutes away by car. In and around San Gimignano there are many restaurants with good Tuscan dishes. A reservation is often required if you like to move away from the tourist centers. Shopping facilities can be reached in 15 minutes. External garbage disposal at nearby collection points is a bit annoying. Laura took care of the personal key handover with us and speaks perfect German! All in all 5 stars! We will be happy to come back.

Everything was alright. Maura and Francesco were available whenever we needed. They helped us find a vet for our dog, brought a slide for the kids, recommended places on Elba. The house is clean, the plot is huge, the pool is amazing. Thank you

Great location and outdoor space! We especially liked the pool, the view, that there were several seating groups and the proximity to the city center. 10/10 Indoors it was ok, so for us it was the outdoor area that made the holiday brilliant! We would gladly came back.

We received a very warm welcome by Girogio. It spoke exclusively Italian, unfortunately no English. We were still able to communicate about the essentials, only for the phone appointment for check-in we needed help from an Italian. The apartment is super located and clean, the view of the bay and the very quiet location are fantastic. Here you can enjoy wonderful sunsets with a glass of red wine. The kitchen equipment is very good, we took care of ourselves almost every day and didn't miss anything. In the restaurant down on the beach, you even get a small discount if you say you come from Giorgio. His nephew works there:-) A big thank you to Giorgio!!! That was a great 8 days!

The place offers everything you want for a great vacation for several. Well-equipped kitchen, BBQ, nice bathrooms, cleanliness, always available and helpful landlord, a great environment for things to do. We loved it 🤩

La Selvolina is a great place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings, but also the lovely pool. The house is nice, the kitchen very complete. Everything is available for a wonderful stay. If you have any questions, there was always a quick and very friendly response, which we experienced as very pleasant and welcome. La Selvolina is a wonderfully quiet place, about a 30 minute walk (up the mountain) or 5 minutes by car to Roccastrada. If you're lucky, you could see deer in the garden and hear the owls at night. It is advisable to have an SUV because the road is not paved.

Our stay was perfect, the house is beautiful and super clean. The area is really nice and has everything. Mauro is the best host I've met, very kind and helpful, I would recommend everyone to come here. We came with a kitten and Mauro didn't bother, we couldn't have asked for more. I mean, I can only say positive things. Thanks again.

Super nice simple and spacious apartment in a very nice location. The view was our favorite part of the location.

Very friendly and pleasant hostess, practical and tastefully furnished accommodation, a 10-minute walk to the beach. Bicycles at your disposal, so you can quickly buy fresh bread in the morning. Unfortunately, many mosquitoes with us, so the seating area and the lawn could only be used to a limited extent. We'd love to come back!
