My family was looking for a peaceful retreat to the beach with amenities and this place was perfect. Nadia kindly had an infant play pen and bath already located in the master. The location is very secure and the beach is steps away, but also has a facial recognition security that was easy to use. She was a wealth of information about the surrounding community and was always readily available for our questions. We really couldn't ask for anything more and if we return to Floripa, we know who to talk to!

Leandro was a great host. We helped with the check in and check-out time, gave very good local recommendations, as well as all the kindness in the treatment. The house is a delight! Espaçosa, beautiful, the rooms separated and with a bathroom, pool area and very good outdoor area, facing the sea. Everything was well worth it! Come back for sure!

Very nice, illuminated, airy, good space, soft and clean towels. João and his wife Naiara were very helpful with helpful recommendations and tips. Also proactive: Floripa had gone through rains which caused many of the city and the property itself in the days leading up to the lodging. They made early contact if the reservation is refunded if we prefer to cancel the trip. We chose to go anyway and everything was great. Parabens João e Naiara. And thank you.

The house was everything we could ask for and more. It is huge, beautiful and with all the amenities. Incredible pool and park, giant common spaces, it has all the appliances you may need. We were a family of 10 people. The house is so large that each person could maintain their privacy. Super recommended. Each room has an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. Amazing house with a structure Complete and great hosts

very large house, corresponding photographs, it is very private. Beautiful view, expedited access to the beach, maintenance of the house and pool was daily, quick attention from the host during the stay, very safe place. there is a convenience store 2 blocks away. To go to places with restaurants or more touristic to get around by uber ( a good means of transportation). In my case it did not work food order or supermarket at home because it was required to have a Brazilian phone number, this last complicates since being large the group of people who host must be made a large supermarket order which was not possible to request it online, we had to go to another playa to buy ( in Daniela there is no big supermarket) and we could not buy so much because we moved in uber. I am very kind and attentive, flexible.

We had a beautiful family vacation, the house complied with all the comforts since we were 9 people, everything was in place and very safe everything!!! The descent to the beach was sometimes complicated as we were with two seniors but getting to that place with so much privacy is worth it and a lot!!!

The neighborhood is very quiet and gives you access to the most exclusive part of the beach. Communication with Jolantha was always very easy and cordial. Always pay attention to our consultations. The early check-in flexibility is also very appreciated. If I go back to Praia Brava I don't doubt I would do it at Jolantha's house. 10/10.
