The house was clean and the main tourist attractions were accessible by public transportation, so I stayed very well. The host Fabio was also friendly and quick to respond. If you're coming to Rome, this is the place to stay!!

Excellent place. The location is magnificent, you can walk to all places. The apartment is very comfortable, you have many amenities. Maria is an excellent host, super friendly. If we returned to Arezzo I would definitely stay in the same place. We highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful family holiday in this secluded olive grove. Starting every day with a refreshing dip in the pool was our absolute favorite ritual. The area is ideal for easy and medium hikes. Our hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

A breathtaking stay & an accommodating host!

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

We loved our stay at Enrico’s place - a superb host in every way. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped and in a quiet location with independent access. Indoor and outdoor furniture were perfectly comfortable. This is an excellent place to experience life in Tuscany and an ideal base from where to visit local towns, including Sienna, and see the counties. We would love to return.

Comfortable and clean attic. Conveniently located, close to the historic center. Good and hearty breakfast. Courtesy and friendliness from the owner. Public parking lots under the house. I will highly recommend this accommodation in Arezzo.

Pre-arrival communication was always fast and completely satisfied. The check-in process was very flexible with the key lockbox. The apartment we were in matched the pictures and surprised us with its large expanse. The balcony overlooking the landscape was a nice bonus. The location is next to the road, but there is not much traffic and so the noise in vehicles does not disturb. Cleanliness was in all rooms. The bed was large and comfortable. I can definitely recommend a place to stay.

We stayed here for two nights. The house is cozy, warm, very clean. The owner Roberto is splendid. He provided us with a welcome kit and complete availability for anything. I highly recommend this very comfortable structure to visit the wonderful surroundings

We are a family of 3 people, including an 11-month-old child. Luciano is very helpful, plus he has a really great sister. Ready to help you with everything . The house is simple, comfortable. It has everything you might need, from salt to coffee. It has dishes , dishes . In short, everything you need to feel at home . It is also very convenient as an area, zero noise, from the center at medium pace it is 20 minutes away and is easy to access. Arezzo at this time is truly magical . I hope to come back here oneyear . Thank you for everything

It's a shame we can't put 6 stars. We had a week-long stay with family. And we just felt like we were with family with a simply great welcome. Claudia was very attentive to us. I really recommend the mirandola. Hopefully we will be back sometime.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Great country side villa. Andrea was extremely responsive and kind. Just a little noisy with your next door neighbor when another rental is going on.

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Great location to visit Val d 'Orcia. Spacious and bright apartment, impeccable cleanliness, nice view from the balcony, responsive host. Private parking under the house. I recommend the place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there are beautiful views from the bedroom window. Fernanda was very thoughtful and left us a bottle of local wine. We had an issue with batteries in the remote and she had new batteries sent right over, went above our expectations. The shower was wonderful.

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!
