Great stay just as described. Unit was very modern and clean. Clay and Larissa were both very responsive with any questions I had as well.

Wonderful trip staying at this property! We loved the accessible location and the charm of the building---and several friendly cats outside! The owners were flexible with timing and very responsive. Very spacious as well and the TV had every channel under the sun. BEST part was the kitchen, equipped with super high-end appliances and a fridge to die for---exquisite! If we had a quibble, it would be the shower water pressure, but that is to be expected in older buildings. Overall, this was an A+ location. We will book again soon! Thank you!!!!

Amazing Home. From the interior design, to the cozy backyard hammock, this place is a 5-star home. Little things you would never imagine, like eucalyptus in one of the showers. I'm already looking at their calendar for future stays. Stores and restaurants only 2 min away - great location. Easy drive right off the highway. The pictures are nice, but the energy you feel upon entering is something few images can capture. Great communication. Host went above and beyond to help make our trip one for the books. I've been doing airbnb for a long time, both as a guest and superhost, and I can say this is one of the best stays and host experiences.

Patrick’s house was beautifully decorated. Everything looked exactly like the photos, but even better. The house was really clean and had so many amenities. The house was a perfect getaway. It is walking distance to a great market/deli, burger joints and hiking trails. The location was very quiet and we didn’t have to worry about all the busyness around South Lake Tahoe. We definitely would recommend this house (actually already did) and will be back. Thank you Patrick for hosting us.

We had such a wonderful stay at Clare's home. The hosue is comfortable and the pool was perfect for beating the summer heat! The door to the pool is off the family rooom area but it is easily closable for keeping young kids away from teh pool if needed. The house is tastefully decorated with some homey additions like books and toys. We found it difficult to choose where to sit-- outside on the front porch or our by the pool lounge area. Although the house is not close enough to town to walk the location is very central and wooded. The view out the back is really wonderful. This is a great place for a family or anyone looking for an authentic Nevada City stay. Highly recommend!

We arrived late at Akiko’s place but had no trouble finding it, thanks to her clear instructions. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was neat and tidy. Though our stay was brief, it was just what we needed to rest and recharge before continuing our journey. The Tesla destination charger was a wonderful bonus, making our departure even smoother. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and convenient stay!

Tammy’s home is a charming and comfortable home away from home! It’s a well appointed stay nestled in a quiet cul de sac and close to plentiful shopping and restaurants. Centrally located, it’s perfect for a day trip to Tahoe, Napa or the Bay Area. Just the right place to stay for a busy vacation! Tammy is very attentive and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay!

Place was perfect for us. If I'd been more astute about reading how to enter the smaller house, I wouldn't have had trouble getting in. Both houses have the same # address, but the host was very articulate in explaining how to get into the smaller house. It was really my error. The location was terrific, as we had ridden bikes so didn't have access to a car. We rode into town for dinner. It's a super quiet and comfortable place.
