Absolutely amazing! Andre, Susi, and the Airbnb all top notch. We had to rearrange our travel dates multiple times and Andre was so accommodating. We came to celebrate my boyfriend 40th birthday and upon entry… rose petals, a bday sign, balloons, plus cake were all provided by Susi. A beautiful way to start our adventure. The place had amazing views and is right in city center. Will definitely come back and stay with Andre again. Susi was such a pleasure to have as well. Thank you Andre and Susi… till next time.

Mr Navi and his team once again proved just how great they are After a minor unexpected issue was encountered upon arrival they mustered all their efforts and quickly and professionally handled it. They went WAY above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Only a professional who truly cares about his clients would go to these lengths to make sure we’re were comfortable, satisfied and also happy I travel extensively and must admit that if everyone ran their operation like Mr Navi did well travel would be a dream (un sueño) Specia thanks to Yayme. This guy single handedly saved our last 3 days in Cuba with his solarpanels during the nation wide blackout. (This way we manage to check in for our flights) We never planned on visiting Matanzas, but boy, Alay made it very interesting with his background in tourism. Highly recommended!

3 of us stayed at the condo. To start, I had been communicating with Rolando (Rolly), who is the assistant host, prior to coming from LA to Cuba. He was super proactive and helped us get a taxi from the airport to the condo which was already very helpful. Our flight got delayed and we lost 3 of our luggages because we missed our connecting flight in Miami. In the end, we ended up being almost 2 hours late. Rolly was still there waiting for us so he could give us the key, explain everything, and show us the place. He is such a well mannered person, speaks both Spanish and English, and is willing to help you with anything that you need in Cuba (you definitely need help getting to certain places). He also helped us book/cancel/rebook a trip to Vinales and he probably would have done a lot more had we asked him. I don't know if there are better places to stay, but this place had it all and a lost of space. Rolly was the one who made a huge difference and I would stay there again!
