Amazing and very relaxing stay, the owner was very helpful and very friendly, I found the accommodation much more beautiful than how the photos made and the view of the castle of Riofreddo is a gem not to be missed.

Salvatore’s apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean. He and his wife were very welcoming. Lovely big kitchen and fridge/freezer which allowed us to cook our meal effortlessly. Recommend to others.

There were two of us. The apartment is large and there is enough space. The apartment was clean and exactly as shown in the picture, there is a view of the sea from the balcony. In 1-2 minutes walk you can reach the main shopping street of Campora di San Giovanni, where most of the restaurants and bars are located. Supermarket and beach are also within walking distance in 10-15 minutes. Rosanna is very helpful and was available for questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Vincenzo was an extremely responsive and understanding host. He allowed us to check in early, and even offered a lift from the train station. The apartment is great value and in a good location to explore cosenza.

The residence was recommended to me so I didn't scrutinize the listing as I should. The apartment is certainly clean, comfortable, and spacious but I failed to notice that the listing says the unit does not have WiFi. It turns out we didn't stay inside very much anyway but the lack of WiFi limited what we could do while in the room. Otherwise, the location is great, right beside a park and a few hundred feet from a pedestrian avenue with bars and restaurants. It was also very quiet.

Beautiful apartment, looks like it was newly renovated. Very clean, had everything we needed to cook and have dinner in. I would definitely return if I'm in the area. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. We were a 2 minute drive from the beach and 2 minute walk from all amenities. I have nothing negative to say about our stay.

Francesco responded quickly and thoroughly to my questions. The house is well maintained, small but well collected and clean.

The apartment is on the fifth floor with an elevator, so you have a nice view of Lake Arvo. It has a large private parking lot (not very well lit unfortunately) and is in a good position to reach the various attractions and activities (car anyway necessary), and a stone's throw from the lake. The two-room apartment is perfect for two, it is very cozy and the living area is very spacious. The convectors in the rooms do their duty very well, so even with 3 degrees outside, you are warm inside. It is suitable both for using it as a backup and for whole days as there is nothing missing. Highlights definitely include attention to detail and great cleanliness. Daniela was very kind and helpful both in showing us the activities and places to visit nearby, and in assisting us, even on New Year's Day. I definitely recommend Daniela's apartment for those who want to visit Lorica and Sila Park.

We had a very pleasant stay. The house was cozy, clean, and as described. Unfortunately, there was a temporary problem with the lack of water, but it was a situation completely independent of the host, who was available and quick to try to solve the problem. We highly recommend this property and would be happy to come back!

Great apartment, clean, well-kept, quiet, close to the sea reachable on foot. Very friendly and helpful owners. Good place to belong for excursions to Amantea, Pizzo, Tropea, Capo Vaticano. On the other hand, simply the logic needs to be equipped with cars.

A really nice pool! Which was amazing to stay in that cool water during hot day. Well equipped kitchen and got all essentials for cooking. Very close to many restaurants and very quiet during night. You can also see a lot of stars while dipping your legs in the pool during the night. A very awesome terrace too with a table and many chairs. Really recommend this place. Don't leave trash or food inside as there are garden ants.
