Villa Raffaele's Scirocco apartment comes exactly as the description and the photos available on the Airbnb page. The amenities are operational both in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The air conditioning allows, at certain times of the day, to cool the air and thus be able to rest without suffering from the heat. The rooms are very nice and quiet, the kitchen offers cooking and food preservation opportunities, like at home. The views of the terrace, or the rooftop of the villa are beautiful, and we loved getting up in the morning facing the bright blue Ionian sea. It's a great place to recharge peacefully, away from the urban hustle and bustle, in a splendid setting. Access to the sea can be done on foot, crossing a small tunnel under the road, in less than 15 minutes. Nearby businesses, especially on the Botricello side, are plentiful and offer all kinds of food.

I stayed in Mascia's house for 5 days, it was like being at home. The apartment is large, comfortable, warm, and it was delivered very clean. The condo is quiet. Mascia is a very helpful and welcoming person, the stay was perfect. I recommend it.

Spacious and light apartment with awesome sea views 😍 Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Within walking distance of Intavolata beach - very steep hill but the stairs make it somewhat easier, and definitely worth the walk! We can recommend driving to Cetraro for bars and the Agape restaurant. All the people in the area are super friendly, the mountains in the Northern Calabria region are beautiful and calm, but still some interesting places to be visited (deserted villages, some of the Borghi piu belli d'Italia, mountain walks). Amazing place with everything you need! Really close to the beach but I’d recommend it more to people with a car because public transport services is not very frequent there.

The apartment is in a very convenient location in central Cosenza. It is equipped with all the amenities you would need for a stay of any length. The bedroom is very dark and quiet- you will sleep well here! The terrace is a highlight with beautiful views of the city and surrounding lamdscape- on clear days you can see the snow-capped peaks of the Pollino. Vittorio is responsive, helpful, and friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable. I would recommend him as a host anytime!

Melissa's house very close to the beach, located in the village with everything available, from bars to convenience stores. Small and cozy little house! Very nice! We had a great time! Melissa and her husband are very helpful and kind!

A beautiful place immersed in greenery, a condominium garden in front of the studio(really equipped with everything you need) with fig trees and carob trees where our dogs have liked to stay, the table outside where to eat, mosquito nets throughout the house, TV, fresh and quiet house, just outside the village where there is nothing, but 10 minutes from beautiful beaches with a crazy sea. I recommend to everyone to come to this place,I am a traveler and a Superhost in Rome, so you can trust. Patrizia is very nice and kind. Go,go

We traveled all across Italy, and this was by far the best and most well-equipped place we stayed. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, and the house itself is absolutely beautiful—inside and out. Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!
