We had a good time during our stay! The place is nice and pretty, and the pool kept the kids happy 🏊‍♀️😊 The host was very responsive and check-in was smooth with clear instructions. Beds were made, towels were plenty, the aircond and water heater worked well, and the kitchen was functional with a large fridge. We also enjoyed the outdoor BBQ—really added to the experience! 🍢🔥 Just a small note: the floor was a bit dusty, maybe because the unit had been empty for a while. Since we usually go barefoot indoors, our feet got a bit dark. It wasn’t a big deal for us since it was just a one-night stay, but a quick mop before check-in could make the place feel even more welcoming. There were also no large dustbins inside or outside. We grouped all the rubbish in one spot and informed the host during check-out to avoid leaving any smell in the house. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped space for a family staycation. Would recommend with just a few small touch-ups 😊

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The villa was very clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for our big group of family and friends. The quiet neighborhood and high level of privacy made us feel completely relaxed, as if we had our own secluded retreat. The host was extremely responsive, answering all our questions quickly and ensuring we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept, and private getaway. It’s a semi D lot with lots of plants in the compound to welcome you. The house and rooms are spacious each equipped with 2 queen size beds. The house is spotlessly clean especially the floor! Toilets are really clean too. Owners gave detailed instructions so we had no issues finding our way to the place. Overall we are very satisfied with the amenities provided!

Had a wonderful stay! Samantha was a great host, super friendly and welcoming. The house was beautiful, spotless, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen was fantastic, fully equipped with all the amenities you could need, including a great coffee machine. Rooms were very comfy and cozy. The place is quiet and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The photos are true to reality, and everything was just as expected. Would definitely love to stay again. Highly recommended!

This is my third time being the guest of the host. Mr Azfar’s service is always great. The house is so clean, smells so nice n so comfy. Will always “lock” this stay while on trip to ipoh next times ☺️

this homestay is so nice. host provides everything completely. And also got Mamak to lepak nearby. but the issue is at the pool area.its so strict.few guard so rude.
