Location was great! Place was wonderful to stay in. Comfy and clean.

Such a great place in a wonderful quiet location! My family and I had a wonderful time enjoying the firepit and hot tub. Heather was very responsive. Would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay. Convenient location for everything we wanted to do. The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive when we had a question at check in. We will be staying here when we come back to Scottsdale!

Clean and bigger in person. Everything you could think of was provided to assist cooking a meal in the kitchen, shower and get a good nights rest. Great place to hang outside with the family or have game night inside. We enjoyed the pool table and corn hole and slept really well at night. We would stay again.

We stayed here with our adult children for a “staycation” we just wanted a nice house with room for everyone and things to do, be able to spend time together. The backyard is amazing and Brad made sure the pool was heated for us. There are many different areas to play games, gather and talk or curl up and read. The house is well stocked, it is always nice to stay where they have put thought into what you might want while staying there. The neighborhood was quiet & safe. I would stay here again.

Dan was a great host. He paid atention to details, from labeled light switches to the small things like providing Q-tips. Will use this host and location again.

We truly enjoyed our stay the condo was like being at home. The complex was beautiful and we enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. I would definitely rent this condo again and recommend it to my friends.

David's place exceeded my expectations. It is very quiet, clean, and peaceful. I wouldn't hesitate to use his property again.

This was our 4th extended stay at this location. Mandy and Jason are great hosts and we absolutely love the house. We love the accessibility to downtown Phoenix, the great neighborhood and fabulous restaurants.

Heather’s place is fantastic, it’s perfect for a lone traveler or a couple. It’s private, quiet and peaceful. Heather is an excellent host, she’s friendly and communicative, and made it a real pleasure to stay there.

We totally loved the house. Was great for our Christmas vacation with our kids. It had a wonderful and huge back yard which was great since we had our dog with us as well. Angelo was very communicative with instructions. If we come back to Phoenix we hope to stay there again. It was also great friendly neighborhood.

This is the 4th year we have stayed at Jeff's place during Christmas and we would not hesitate to go back if we head to Scottsdale next year. We have stayed in fancier places but we like Jeff's place because it is clean, comfortable and private.

Nice big home, fully fenced yard, great for our dogs. Everything you could need in the home. And close to lots of restaurants and shops. We would stay again!

Charles was a wonderful host. He met us at the door and explained all there was to know about the space, amenities, and neighborhood. He was very friendly, would definitely stay there again!

I booked this for my family to stay for my brothers graduation week! We had quite a few guests traveling from out of state, and we were so happy with our stay. It’s conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood and all the amenities you’d possibly need for a comfortable stay. As designated cook of the family, I was especially happy with how many dishes, utensils and cooking utensils and pots/pans there were! It made cooking and sharing a meal together so easy and enjoyable. The layout of the place was also pretty perfect for a larger group. We had one incident with the alarm system - we were given an incorrect code, but the we resolved the issue and all was well after. I appreciated the responsiveness of the hosts. If we ever return to the area, we’d definitely book this place again!

We enjoyed our stay! The outdoor space is very spacious and enjoyed being outdoors.

Great stay for our family! Enjoyed the house to the full extent using the back yard, grill, making lots of meals in great kitchen, took a walk in the neighborhood, and easy access to everything for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Joseph was responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend Joseph's place.

Jim is a wonderful host and his home is always immaculate, which I appreciate. This was our second stay here and we would love to visit again. The location is perfect for us and while private its very close to Desert Ridge where all the fun shops and restaurants are and super close to Revive Spa. Located on a golf course. You definitely want to heat the pool in the winter which Jim will for an additional cost. worth it. Stacey Rudge

Richards house is AMAZING!!!! It had absolutely everything we needed - the bed and the pillows were fantastic, the extra things in the bathroom and the laundry were so useful! Of course, we absolutely loved the pool!!!!! Every room had a TV and there was plenty of space to spread out for our family of 4. We loved the location as well, close to everything!!!!!! Thank you again!

My family and I are traveling from Northern California to meet with some friends in AZ. We stumble across this beautiful home and decided to book it. Let’s just say all of our expectations were met! The host was amazing, the house was clean and beautiful, the area was quiet and very welcoming. Although we had a very hectic trip, Juan and Kelly made this trip feel safe and comfortable. The consistent check ups when needed, the fast responses. It really felt like no matter what scenario we stumbled across they were willing to help out. It was a great stay while me a a few friends explored around Scottsdale for activities. The backyard was a great place to hang around at as there were was a private Gazebo and sun chairs to lounge in. A very enjoyable stay!
