I had the pleasure of staying at Najia’s place for nearly a week, and it was truly a delightful experience. This beautiful Airbnb exudes the charm of a Mediterranean home, with its stunning décor and thoughtful touches. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Philadelphia and its suburbs. One very minor note is that the windows, adorned with gorgeous glass decorations, but it’s hardly an issue if you’re comfortable keeping the lights on. Overall, it’s a wonderful stay, and I would happily return!

Really appreciated what Yoseph put together here. I believe this property is new to Yoseph, but Yoseph is experienced in many other Airbnb properties before this one… and it shows! :) Yoseph did a phenomenal job! This is an excellent Airbnb and exactly what me & my group wanted for our trip. My three friends & I were visiting Philly for a small bachelor’s trip before our friend gets married. The house was spacious, with large bedrooms, large bathrooms (one with shower, one with tub), and a big living room for spending time together. It was easy walking distance to anything in Old City. I will be adding this my list of places to stay for when visiting Philly again with my family.

Cara's place was very comfortable. Loved the view from the rooftop. I would just warn the elderly that you have to climb lots of steps so if that is a struggle for you don't stay here. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.

Dave was a great host. he was very attentive to any needs or questions I had. i loved the place. There was a train that passes by occasionally but no whistles and was actually a relaxing sound. Loved the couches and the beds were super comfortable. i would rent again!!

I stayed here for temporary housing after an issue with my apartment building. It was a great space - we especially appreciated the large kitchen, and were able to cook each night. The nook in the bedroom was cute, and the bed was cozy. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Will most definitely book again, felt very homie, the area is very peaceful and quiet. Thank you for making this place feel like home away from home. This mini getaway was exactly what we needed and this Airbnb had everything we needed

Ann's place is super comfy and cute. There's everything one could possibly need for a short (or even a longer) stay. The place is spic and span and the bed is super comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Pleasant third-floor walk-up in a nicely maintained historic building. Very clean, and the location was perfect for us. One block to Whole Foods on South Street, four blocks to Pennzy Hospital. Reasonably quiet for the center of town. Host put a lot of thought into the place. The workstation set up for guests was over the top — by far the best I've seen at an Airbnb. Two giant 32" curved monitors arrayed over an excellent workdesk, their HDMI cables ready to go. A nice mechanical keyboard. 110v and USB power. All ready for your laptop. Clever, space-efficient integration of kitchen things (including a nice hidden sink) with the living room. The only niggles: We weren't expecting the sofa bed (I probably missed it in the listing), which we admittedly did not like. The queen bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, so we managed fine. The table in the front room is impractical for breakfast without a tablecloth. Our croissant crumbs tumbled to the floor, and we found no broom.
