Townhome vacation rentals in Camden County

My family has been visiting SSI for over 25 years and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed! Justin and Ashley were incredibly responsive, helpful, and hospitable during our stay. We were especially appreciative of our surprise early check-in (!!) And the generous use of beach towels and other amenities. They truly thought of everything. Including sound machines in every room, which we genuinely appreciated since we had a toddler and baby. 5 stars and can’t wait to come back!

This house was our safe haven when Hurricane Milton hit our town this month. Me and my friends are super grateful to Joe and his family for the time we spent in this place! The location, the cleanliness, the overall atmosphere – it was perfect. Perfect, everything – down to the last minute details. :D

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful beach cottage with tall ceilings and island decor. Everything was clean and comfortable including the cozy beds that were perfect for resting after bike riding and other activities.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Georgia on my Mind. The town house was beautiful, plenty of room, all the amenities-we couldn’t have picked a nicer place to stay! Kitchen was well equipped for making meals. Beds were extra comfy and the sheets and bedding were luxurious. When I had a question or two, Katie responded quickly. We’d definitely like to stay here again sometime! Enjoyed the beach and the pool and the surrounding area was quiet. Great for a family vacation. Close to the downtown and super close to the beautiful & clean beach.

Zoe was able to get us in last minute and the location was perfect for our family reunion trip on st Simons island.

We had a great stay. Check in was easy just as checking out was easy. The place was clean and convenient to the beach. The pool was also great.

What a wonderful location! We wanted a quick getaway for our first trip to St. Simon. Amazing views of the beach and ocean. Easy access to shopping and dinning. We enjoyed cooking local seafood in the kitchen and just relaxing while enjoying the views. Already looking at dates to visit again soon with our family!

Very well designed house just a block from the beach. Had all the amenities you need and well spaced out for multiple couples / family. Quiet area with a strip of restaurants, bars and shops just 5 min walk away. Would definitely recommend!

Alesia’s place was amazing, comfortable and relaxing. The outside space is beautiful especially the Spanish moss tree. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great rental for a large family or extended/multi-generational family. Open floor plan on the main floor keeps people connected whether they are watching TV, playing a game at the table, or in the kitchen. Great location to the beach. Modern furniture and TVs. Would rent again.

There is so much to love about this place! The open floor plan upstairs is a great place to hang out with comfy furniture and perfectly decorated. A great outdoor area on the back porch to sit and read. 5 minute walk to the beach. Every room was clean and ready for us. We were there for a girls trip and it was the perfect spot for us! We didn’t want to leave and we would love to come and stay with Carol again if she will have us!

This was perfect for what we needed on our July 4th vacation .. very close to restaurant’s, grocery shopping etc. Great walking trails near by. Private corner unit .. and the neighborhood pool was a treat! Marsha was very responsive and accommodating

Elizabeth was a great host. Very responsive and offered suggestions on things to do and places to go. Place was neat and clean and as described. Location was great with a short walk to a nice, clean beach that was never crowded. Would recommend.

This was a beautiful home that was perfect for our stay. The living space was wonderful and the beds were super comfortable. Alex was great at responding to our messages and reaching out to offer any assistance. I would 100 percent stay here again and highly recommend it!

Nice clean house parking spot right at door so you don't have to walk a long distance with suitcases and everything else you bring clean house and all things needed in bedrooms and bathrooms

My family comes to SSI every year, sometimes multiple times a year, and this was our first time staying in this particular community of townhomes....we will definitley stay again! Beautiful area. Townhome was clean, quiet and well appointed! Short drive to everything the island has to offer, and pet friendly, which is so great because we could bring our 2 pups with us. We (5 people) had a very good time in this house, which is clean and comfortable, and easily to access east beach and various restaurants in 2-4 min, which is very suitable for family vacation.

This was our first time visiting St. Simons and we’re already planning our trip back. The house was beautiful, clean and looked exactly as pictured. Andy was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is in a great location and just a short drive from pretty much anywhere you’d want to go. The pool is huge and we pretty much had it to ourselves for our entire stay. Highly, highly recommend!! We loved it so much our seven year old daughter cried when we left. Thank you, Andy!

Beautiful home! Bikes and beach amenities were huge help! Great central location, beach, pier and restaurants within 5-10 min driving.
