The BEST Air Bnb I have ever stayed at!! It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has two sinks and a gorgeous walk in shower. The in unit washer/dryer is perfect for longer stays. Very peaceful location that is walking distance to Hamilton lake. Wayne is an AMAZING host and went above & beyond to make us feel at home! Highly recommend this Air Bnb.

Fantastic place to stay, right in an Avocado Orchard with nature all around, yet close to town and amenities, super lovely spot.

Had a great stay with Glori. A cozy, dark refuge was just what I needed after my travels and it was everything I needed and more. And Glori was the perfect host - excellent communication and always accommodating.

Lovely spot - excellent location to Claudelands Area for our Summer concert !! Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

Excellent stay! The MAC property team was super helpful during the stay, check in instructions were super easy which was great after a long drive. The place was very tidy and clean in a good location in town

Amazing place for a home away from home getaway/vacay💓 The place had everything we needed. We didn't even feel like leaving the house, that's how cosy it was. A beautiful, relaxed and peaceful place which my family and I enjoyed our time there. Kids even asked if we can extend our stay, that's how much they loved it. The house was spotless, pool and spa were easy to access and the host was always responsive if or when needed. Definitely recommend and my family and I will book here again in the future.

We had a really lovely stay, the house was super clean and tidy, everything was ready for our stay. The house was really suitable for our needs, a family of 5, stayed very comfortably, get location for us - we were Black Water Rafting at Waitomo. Thoroughly recommend this house and Christine was a great host.

Gorgeous view and perfect location, the rooms and house is huge. There is enough space for you to have lots of alone time as well. I loved having breakfast on the deck watching the paddle boards, jetski, kayaks and boats go past. There are a few steps missing as you step down into the beach as well. Overall great accommodation

Absolutely loved our stay at The Badger. There was a lot to do at the property, with no real need to leave. The bedroom sizes are perfect, and bathrooms well sized also. The gardens are lush and abundant, and the chickens provided daily eggs. The pool and spa always ready to go, and the tennis court an extra space for activity. The kitchen had everything needed, and was used a lot on our stay. Nathan is a very proactive and responsive host - thank you again, we will definitely be back. 😊

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Amazing amount of space, great indoor outdoor flow. Loved the different spaces where we could go to as we were a large family. Having different areas eg the garage/games room and outdoor trampoline for the kids, the upstairs balcony and spa for the adults, we all loved having our own space. Great location, although driveway was very steep. Was a great property to have all the family together in one place. The Groundswell team were very responsive and catered to our needs appropriately. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Would come here again.

It was the perfect stay. We did a lot of things outside Hamilton, so it was the best homebase.

Megan’s family were friendly, accomodating and helpful hosts. We had everything we needed and the muesli, cookies and milk were a bonus. Even enjoyed pickleball.

We loved our stay here, great location to the centre of Hamilton (yet was enough out of the centre that it was quiet and easy to get good nights sleep) in a very spacious and comfortable property. All the facilities were in great condition. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hamilton. Thanks to Darryn and Tracey for being great hosts.

I've stayed at many Air B and B's in NZ, and this would have to be one of the best in terms of overall value, comfort, amenities, location and privacy. Hosts are extremely welcoming, friendly and responsive. The place really felt like a home away from home for the three nights that we were there. 100% recommend and would be the first place I'd book if I was travelling to Hamilton again.
