Best AirBnB we have stayed in a great location. Accommodation had everything you could possibly need and the decor is beautiful. Hosts were great to communicate with and very helpful. We highly recommend this place and will be back when we visit NZ again. 10/10

We've stayed in 11 different places as we've travelled around NZ, and Wayne and Kim's is the standout. All the thoughtful little extras such as breakfast cereal, sun cream, beers in the fridge, plus great hosting from flexible arriving and leaving to accommodate our timings, all the way to driving us to the station. Nothing was too much trouble and I'd definitely recommend Wayne and Kim's place to anyone thinking of staying in Hamilton.

Despite the self check-in, Glori personally welcomed us and gave us very helpful recommendations sight-seeing and good restaurants in Hamilton. Also apart from that, the communication with Glori was awesome. The studio itself was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. It is located in a private and quiet place outside of central Hamilton, but it took only a few minutes to get to the city centre or, e.g., to Hamilton Garden.

Jackie was a very friendly host helpfully meeting us when we arrived early. The plan was beautifully set up, spacious, great central location with plenty of nearby restaurants, and with a nice back bedroom away from the street making it nice and quiet.

Megan was prompt and clear eith communication and the accomodation was comfortable and very well presented. There were even thoughtful durprises left for us like homebaked cookies and a chocolate bar. The setting was very relaxing and perfect for our whanau. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location at centre of Hamilton. 10-20 minutes walk to CBD and was great to have parking provided by host. Would definitely stay again in the future.

We loved our stay here, great location to the centre of Hamilton (yet was enough out of the centre that it was quiet and easy to get good nights sleep) in a very spacious and comfortable property. I've stayed at many Air B and B's in NZ, and this would have to be one of the best in terms of overall value, comfort, amenities, location and privacy. Hosts are extremely welcoming, friendly and responsive. The place really felt like a home away from home for the three nights that we were there. 100% recommend and would be the first place I'd book if I was travelling to Hamilton again.
