We stayed here for Thanksgiving and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great communication from owner. House was clean. Proximity to the ocean was fantastic. Great views and we really enjoyed shark tooth hunting. As stated in the listing, trash had to be taken to a nearby facility. Very easy (and free) process. Would definitely stay here again. 5/5

The place was exactly what we needed. Location was perfect to get to everything we needed and wanted to do. We were able to check in a little bit early, which was amazing and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend at Kimberly’s beautiful home! The waterfront location was amazing with spectacular views from the whole first floor, second floor master bedroom and third floor gym! The house was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and was spotless. We loved the hot-tub (and little basket of towels and wine glasses for use in the hot-tub) and the fireplace in both living room and bedroom. Perfect and cozy for our chilly January weekend. The welcome snacks and drinks - as well as birthday beer left for my husband - was so thoughtful and such a nice touch. We loved being able to walk to several great restaurants, bakeries and the town boardwalk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home!!

Ann was very responsive to any of my questions and responded very quickly, house was as described and enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night. If we’re ever in that area again I would not hesitate to stay there again!!

Spacious, conveniently located house with beautiful views of the South River. Nicely furnished with antiques. Gracious and responsive host. As others have noted, stairs to second floor are steep and not suited to those with mobility issues.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a spacious home and we love the community. We were in town visiting family and It was so convenient being so close to family and friends. Very comfortable

By far the most beautiful place we have stayed at. The home & grounds were stunning! Everything you could want in a home and then some. Laura was very responsive and really made our stay over the top. If you want the best spot in Annapolis, look no further than Laura’s place.

This property was lovely. The building is secure and fairly quiet. There's normal road noise and volunteer fire station sirens. Kitchen is gorgeous and usable. couch has plenty of space to spread out. The mattresses were great quality. Note: If you have children the floors creak as you walk and the restroom downstairs (Fondue) when open can get somewhat loud (music and patrons) after quiet hours for the rentals.

My wife and I have been going to Annapolis for years, usually several time a year, and staying downtown. Never again. We love Eastport and there is no better location to enjoy the local fare. Everything you could want is a nice, short walk away. As for the Bird's Nest, we couldn't have asked for a better space. Very cool decor, neat little patio in the trees, and the lighted yard and walkway added a little something special. We hope to return soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Vickie's place on Breton Bay! It is peaceful and private with stunning views! The place was comfortable, extremely clean, and beautifully decorated. All of the thoughtful touches, extras, and amenities were a welcomed addition. We had everything we could possibly need and more--truly a home away from home. Vickie was very communicative throughout our stay and gave us lots of local recommendations and detailed instructions. We would highly recommend staying at this Airbnb! Great experience. We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb during the GFNY cycling event in Cambridge, MD. The property was spotless and located just about a mile from the event site, which made getting to and from the race incredibly easy. The quiet neighborhood and proximity to the water provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for unwinding before and after the event. The two-bedroom unit was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Jason was incredibly accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out to fit our event schedule, which was a huge help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, whether for an event or just to enjoy a quiet getaway. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We had a winter visit and despite it being freezing outside the house was nice and toasty and we appreciated the fast hot water for showering. No fenced yard for our dog but it's a nice area to walk around. Central location, close to restaurants. Would stay again.

Wonderful host—I felt right at home. Had conversation prior to arrival and felt like I knew her very well before arriving. The view was spectacular I could have just sat on the patio and watched the woods and water all day. Was there for a school reunion so I had other activities that I had scheduled. This was by far, the best Air B&B experience I have had. Fantastic host, comfortable, and stunning scenery. I am going to try and revisit soon.

Ellen’s place was clean, quiet , comfortable and very well appointed . It felt like home away from home . Ellen was extremely responsive and helpful during the entire booking time. Would definitely recommend this lovely home and hope to come back again soon .

The photos are mirror images of the condo. The kitchen and bath are amply supplied with all the items needed, even to prepare meals if you choose. Accessibility features are a bonus when traveling with an individual with mobility issues. Locally, Portside Seafood was a welcome surprise with a delicious menu. It was the perfect place for my sister and me to have some downtime and recharge. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway. Cozy, comfy, and walking distance to many of the neighborhood bars and restaurants. Would stay here again if in Annapolis.

We had a wonderful extended stay in this cute, clean and comfortable, flavors of Eastern Shore accommodation. We visited with family in nearby Easton and enjoyed the natural beauty of Oxford, the town park and sunsets. Our host was available and responsive to every little need we had. The Oxford Market right next door made it so easy to pick up deli items and other sundries. We did miss having a washer & dryer because of our longer stay, but having family nearby made it work for us. We loved the place!

Very convenient and perfect for USNA events. Parking was easy. Recommend you stay if you have 4-5 people.

Great stay right on the water! Jared was communicative from start to finish, even allowing us to check in early. Upon arrival there was a generous bottle of wine left for us to enjoy. We cozied up by the fire and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All in all wonderful weekend in Annapolis! Thanks Jared!

A beautiful location with plenty of room for two couples. Nice balcony and panoramic view of the historical Annapolis waterfront and state capital. Fantastic restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. Super parking too!!!
