We loved our stay at this property. The house is much more historic and lived in, if you are after a pristine and modern stay, this might not be the place for you. But the house more than made up for it in character and cozy vibes, and it fit in perfectly in the charming historic neighborhood in Marblehead. The area has a lot of wonderful spots you can walk to, and the host provided historical information about the area and the house as well! We were so grateful for John’s proactive communication, we didn’t have any issues but I’m confident if we had he would have quickly resolved them! Overall my family had a wonderful weekend and we spent the drive home saying home much we’d love to make another trip in the summer to enjoy the ocean more!! Thanks John for a memorable weekend!

Very very cool house to stay in! We walked to all our locations. Every room was super clean and plenty of space for everyone. What a great place to stay. Will book again if in Boston!

My groups stayed at Trang’s home for 2 night and our stay was perfect. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing and was very clean and spacious. Check-in instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Would definitely stay again in the future if we ever find ourselves in the area.

This was a great place to stay!! We went to Boston for about a week with our little dog, so we looked for a private place with a lot of space for our little one, and this was just the place. The three of us felt right at home. House has exactly what we needed, no clutter, big front and backyard. The amenities were also great, my favorite part was that for us was a bit cold and the heater adjusted to the correct temperature right away, so I’ll imagine during the summer the AC will do the same. It was close to Boston, a less than 20 mins without traffic, close to the interstate and restaurants, a 5 mins drive. Amy and Ken give clear directions and even allow you to check in early and check out late, as long as they have the availability. Was really please and would definitely stay here on our next trip to Boston. Thank you

This is the second of Domenic's properties I have stayed at and they never fail to be extremely clean and welcoming. The beds are comfortable and Domenic is a responsive host. Looking forward to our next visit!

Marybeth is the most accommodating of hosts. She granted our request for an early check-in following unfortunate air travel difficulties that left us tired on day one of our adventure. She extended our checkout time to further accommodate our schedule of events while we’re staying at her house. She was quick to respond to my inquiries and was eager to make us most comfortable as guests in her home. It was our first Airbnb experience and she set the bar high. Excellent service, beautiful/comfortable/clean home. Highly recommend this host and her property.

Karen’s home truly is cozy. We were here two weeks before Christmas and it was decorated and beautiful. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, nice big fluffy towels and I loved the shower! We have stayed in several,places in the Boston area and this is one of the best. Even my dogs loved it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eric's comfortable AirBnB Victorian home in Medford, Massachusetts, and I can't recommend it enough. The location is unbeatable—a mere 15-minute drive to downtown Boston, a short stroll to Medford’s own downtown, and just a brief drive away from Somerville. With several supermarkets within close proximity, everything you need is right at your fingertips. This property isn’t your typical modern-style rooftop accommodation; it exudes an incredible sense of character and history. Every corner of the home has a character—immaculately clean, exceptionally safe, and wonderfully spacious, providing an inviting and comfortable environment that truly felt like home. Eric has proven himself to be an outstanding host, always responsive to any questions or requirements I had. His attentiveness and warm hospitality enhanced the entire experience, making my stay both enjoyable and stress-free. Without a doubt, I will be back for my next show in Boston

In town for a conference at the convention center. Perfect location and within walking distance. From check in to check out, no issues at all! We had everything we needed!

This has to be the neatest little place on Airbnb in the Boston area, and that's something to be said. Paige and Dara described the place and the experience perfectly, were a dream to communicate with, and were overall humorous hosts. Their in-house shop was very entertaining for us. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

Great place to stay in a super convenient location for driving places. There was event a snowstorm during our stay and the hosts made sure to have the walkway and driveway clear for us to get in and out with ease!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

We stayed here while our house was getting new floors, and it was a great experience, loved it! The apartment was clean, cozy, and very accommodating. The host was super responsive and made everything easy. We really appreciated that the apartment had everything we needed, cozy and modern, and was dog-friendly — our two pups made some new friends in the dog park next to the building in what seems like a big dog-loving community! Close to Route 1 with easy access to Boston and surrounding neighborhoods with great restaurants, a great place to stay! One thing to note: the upstairs neighbor has a heavy step, which our dogs thought meant someone was in the "house" — it led to some funny and interesting moments with a bit of dog running, confused dog faces, a bit of barking and lots of laughter. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and recommend it!

Such a perfect place. Super soft towels, comfy bed, perfect little kitchen w everything we needed. Gave us great ideas for things to do during our stay and even tips to avoid the traffic coming into town. Would recommend!!

Wonderful stay! Shirley was a responsive and kind host and we enjoyed staying here for three nights over the Boston Marathon weekend. Squeaky floors may make it tough to make a midnight trip to the kitchen or bathroom unnoticed, but everything else was perfect. Would stay here again.

My two adult children and I stayed here with our two dogs while my wife was having surgery in Boston. The location was great. Car ride to the Longwood medical area was about 25 minutes. The neighborhood consists of single family homes on small lots, not at all fancy but entirely safe as far as we could tell. We were just a few short blocks from a school playing field where leashed dogs were welcome, and other dog-walkers were often on the street in the morning and evening. The house is a bit quirky. There is no seating in the kitchen, but the dining area is very spacious although located down a short hallway from the kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms was more than ample and very quiet at night. We slept well. As we stayed more than a week we were grateful that laundry facilities were present in the basement. Roosevelt was an excellent host and quick to respond to my requests. I would definitely stay in his place again should a similar situation arise.

We had a wonderful time in Somerset. Linda’s place is amazingly clean. Had everything we needed. Loved the view! I would stay here again.

Accommodations were exactly as described. Lower level of a duplex with a young family upstairs. Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Back deck was really peaceful and quiet.

We had a lovely time staying at Julie's unit. My husband and I and our small dog enjoyed our stay. Julie is very easy to communicate with and responsive. The bed is comfortable in a spacious bedroom. The other areas are comfortable and nice. I used the office area to work and appreciated the additional monitor and spacious desk. The unit is conveniently located near two large grocery stores, Star Market and Shop N Stop, and numerous restaurants a few minutes to get to. We ate outdoors with our dog at the seafood restaurants by the beach and also enjoyed a lot of take out from the numerous Asian restaurants on Hancock. It was handy to be able to use the washer and dryer downstairs. We appreciated the on premise parking space. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. We took frequent walks with our small dog and the neighbors are friendly. There are many appliances to use including two coffee pots, spices, and condiments. Julie is a great host. We would stay again.
