The house is a block and a half from the beach of Zimbabwe, one of the quietest in the region. The sea is beautiful and very calm. The house is amazing, cool and air-conditioned in every room, perfect for families who want to enjoy the common space - with a great pool, barbecue and pizza oven. Bed and bath linen, kitchen accessories, float, beach chair, umbrella… the house offers several items that oversimplify what you need to take on the trip. Francisco was very attentive and quick in response. We recommend and will be back!

We rented the house with family to spend the week and it was undoubtedly more special. The house is very cozy has everything we need, in the kitchen there is nothing missing, very complete. The pool is wonderful and very clean. I was in love with the beach of São Miguel, very quiet with restaurants at a great price nearby and they serve everything on the beach. Town hall's bathroom in front very clean as well. I will return for sure. Josi very helpful and answered all questions promptly. I loved it too much

we had a fabulous stay, I would have liked the apartment to have some beach items and a more modern TV and it was a bit cumbersome to have a single lift for so many people. The overall experience was very good, Aline very helpful.

Vale some observations: it's right in the central region, which is great for you like well! very close to everything The apartment is on the sixth floor, but the pool is on the farm, so the windows give to the pool, need to be a little more careful with privacy (nothing that gets in the way, just have common sense) the place is quiet for parking and the apartment is clean and organized, with all necessary equipment for stay

Aline was very nice ..attentive and patient with us . He had the deference to give us a change for the toll because we did not have physical reals and it was Sunday to resolve the bank viá . Our stay was wonderful impeccable apartment and very attentive owner. The location is excellent in front of the sea, just below the apartment there are restaurants and ice cream shop. It is very close to Beto Carrero and also close to Navegantes airport.

My stay in this apartment was just amazing! The property is large and very spacious, providing all the comfort that I and my family needed. The sea view is stunning, perfect for starting the day with a café on the balcony. In addition, the location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops and sights. The host was extremely receptive, always available to help and ensure that we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. I recommend this apartment with my eyes closed and I will definitely be back soon!

The penthouse is wonderful, exactly as in the photos of the ad, the location is perfect is just to cross the street and is standing on the sand of the beach in the center of bombs. The surrounding area has bakery, ice cream, restaurants, fruit, market, pizzeria, pharmacies, beach clothes shops, all close to the same avenue as the roof. Access to the penthouse is by elevator and optional by ladder, very easy to go up and down. Bernara is a great host, even though she was in a moment that she underwent surgery attended us in everything and left everything prepared for us, including Sun guard, chairs, children's board and bucket of toys, everything we needed to have at our fingertips. It has everything in kitchen utensils, which we even cook a lot. Móveis are new, very comfortable couch, there is TV in the living room, in the kitchen and in the bedroom suite. Not to mention that the decoration is beautiful, we spend incredible days provided for the comfort and convenience we had, all my family loved. Congratulations Bernara and thank you.

Excellent Apartment. Everything very clean and organized, super comfortable and has everything we need. Near the main attractions of the city, easy access to the catwalk, we did a lot of things on foot anyway. Guilherme is very kind, responds quickly and makes everything very clear on arrival, making himself available. We'll be back for sure!
