We had a brilliant time at La Palmeraie D'angkor. Fred and his amazing staff looked after us so well, with a lovely fresh breakfast prepared for us every morning and staff on call constantly to deliver us drinks and food or organise massages and trips. The villas was spacious with a wonderful pool and seating areas. One thing to be aware is that each bedroom is separate with locks on the door to the outside terraces (as opposed to being inside a villa with a lockable front door) so we felt uncomfortable putting our young children in a bedroom on their own as planned and instead had an extra camp bed put into our room (which Fred's staff willingly arranged quickly) Also the villa is about a 15 minute ride into town which suited us as it meant the villa was quiet and peaceful. Tuk tuk to town generally cost around 2-3 USD on grab. Overall a fabulous experience, which was made by the attentive friendly staff. Highly recommend

As pictured! Our large family stayed here for 5 nights in early August 2024. The staff was outstanding, and very helpful. Breakfast in the morning was provided by a morning chef that created Cambodian cuisine and American bacon and eggs (any style) with potatoes. Having breakfast in house was a huge way to get our days off to a great start in a timely fashion. The pool was crystal clear, and the grounds were private. The karaoke room sound system worked as it should and was used nightly by our team. The staff accommodated us with whatever we needed. On the last night, we had a birthday party for my Granddaughter, and the staff brought in a grill team that did a wonderful job. This is advertised as an 8-bedroom house, but just know that 3 of the rooms utilize a common bathroom with shower on the lower level that you must walk outside of your room to access. We had a lot of couples, those rooms would be better suited for teenagers or drivers. I would rent this again!

Our stay in Villa des Palmes was absolutely fantastic. The place, the architecture, the view, it was all stunning. Butterflies dancing around, bird chirping and tweeting were the only sounds you could hear while chilling by the pool, taking in the view, ocean meeting the sunset sky. Pure bliss. I would be remiss not to mention the staff, who made our stay a pure delight. Delicious breakfasts, amazing dinners, sumptuous BBQs by the pool. All with a wide and genuine smile and a complete dedication to our comfort and happiness. I can't thanks them enough, neither could our 3 children, who will be talking about it for long I'm sure (especially the part were monkeys cane to visit us - and steal a few bananas from our breakfast table). The only bad thing is that we couldn't stay longer.

This was the perfect private escape. Loved being outdoors here! So beautifully designed and spacious. We absolutely loved our stay!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay at Rika's place in Siem Reap. The property is far enough from town to be peaceful but close enough to get there in 7 min via tuktuk. There were often tuktuks right outside the gate, but if not, we were always able to get one via Grab within just a few minutes. We were also able to have food delivered via Grab when we didn't feel like going out. The pool was great, as were the on-site massages that Rika arranged at our request. Our kids improved their pool shooting skills, we had plenty of space to spread out, and the AC worked perfectly in the bedrooms. The house is surrounded by nature, and the kitchen is open to the outdoors (as we also had the living room to help it cool off at night), so if you are squeamish about small bugs, you may want to stay in a hotel instead. Little nature friends don't bother us much, and this is Cambodia, so hopefully if you're here you realize that already. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again

A great quiet getaway with a beautiful pool. Owners live in a huge house on the other side of the pool. However, privacy was never an issue and they were a door knock away from any questions we had. A 10-min tuk tuk ride away from downtown. 4 great bedrooms with a large bathroom attached to each. 10-meter pool was great and we were using it every day after outings. Local breakfast served by the family was an extra surprise. Birthday cake for our 18-year-old was sweet. Highly recommend the place.

The villa was fantastic! Very roomy, great amenities. Cheata was very responsive to any questions or issues. The pool is a quick walk over and such a great space. Really enjoyed spending time there. The villa is on the other side of the river, but a quick 10-15 min tuk tuk ride to Pub Street. A hidden gem.

We had the most lovely one month stay in this beautiful Khmer tropical villa. Situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, it is only a 10-15 minutes to town via Grab /Passapp(Tuk tuk or car) which is easily available. The spacious villa is also very clean and neat as the housekeeper, Sochea does a great job. We especially like the open kitchen and dining, and we love to take a dip in the pool in the garden. Our stay is made complete by our wonderful and caring host, Franck who shared with us valuable tips about Ang Kor Wat and the gems of Siem Reap . We will return to Fairhaven villa again next year !

The villa was the perfect accommodation for our family stay! We are a big family and the house is well equipped for our needs. The pool was incredible and gave us the perfect way to cool off in the hot temperatures. The kitchen was industrial and not so fit for cooking, but we did not need to. Thim was very kind and accommodating - when we brought up a small issue we had, it was immediately taken care of! We felt that she was very considerate of us and our needs. Would definitely stay again

Baraing's pool villa is excellent! The setting is serene. The pool is clean. the villa was nice and roomy. We came to have a nice quiet stay and were welcomed with open arms by Baraing and his wife and they even had a child our son's age that was friendly! There was a tuk tuk available to get around and Baraing can even arrange tours for you! We would come back and stay here again next time. Thank you Baraing 🙏

We had a fantastic 3-day weekend staying at Villa Calao with our group of 7 friends. The place was spacious, clean, stunning and in a very beautiful and peaceful environment. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the common area around the beautiful and big swimming pool were great for hanging out together. The location is perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet 10 mins away from Kep center. Our host was very nice and responsive. Highly recommend for a group stay (friends or family)! Would definitely book again!
