Massimiliano is a exquisite person, always present and attentive to customers, but never intrusive, really the right one! Above all, reliable! It was my first time traveling alone and I felt right at home, thanks to the presence of Massimiliano! The many positive reviews correspond to reality, from the abundant breakfast of fruit, with a smoothie prepared by Massimiliano, which I found ready every morning as soon as I went down, the bikes made available for free, convenient to cross the pine forest and reach the sea in 10 minutes, to the cleanliness and order of the entire b&b, the kindness and availability of the staff, to the tranquility of the area! I can say that every time I want to return to Viareggio, the b&b and Nespoli will be my point of reference!!! Thanks for everything Massi, I hope to see you soon! MeryRose

Perfectly located close to a motorway junction . Quiet and peaceful with everything we needed for an overnight stay . Really comfy bed which is always a bonus. Euphemia responded quickly to all communications . Would recommend and definitely stay again . Thank you Euphemia .

Alessio’s apartment was perfect for our trip. It’s located within the older city area on a hill so not suitable to walk further than this area, but very easy to find parking around and I liked that it was tucked back. The windows and deck open out to a natural area that was beautiful and quiet. Alessio was always great at responding to my questions and was a pleasure to communicate with. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Well appointed and extremely clean. Free off-road parking in front of the house is a bonus. There is a very strong WiFi connection. The house is great for a couple or for four people with 2 excellent bathrooms. There is a great pizzeria just across the road and a smart restaurant (called Pin Bon)with lovely views over the sea and excellent fish and seafood dishes, within easy walking distance. A bus service connects the village to the centre of La Spezia and train station. We had a friendly and helpful welcome from the father of Noris who met us on our arrival. All in all we had an excellent time, albeit only for a couple of nights.

This is a great little place to stay in picturesque Montecatani Alto, close to the square and nice restaurants and wine bars. Federica is a lovely and extremely helpful host!

How to be at home ! Impeccable experience. In view of the next Lucca Comics, it will definitely be our fixed destination!

The location is great just a short walk from the train station and buses. Every room was so clean. I just stayed one night and defenetly will be back to the same place in future. Just the check in at 4pm is the latest I ever had so we had to pay at the Station to hold our bags to be able to go to the Tower of Pisa witbout carry them so It is an extra cost, However If I come back I will stay in this place again 👍

Gabriella took wonderful care of us and is a very nice landlady. The apartment has everything you need and wish for: nice interior, towels, products and even something to eat, as well as a parasol and two bicycles! It is very clean and comfortable and the balcony is perfect to enjoy the amazing view - we all agree that we felt very welcomed and absolutely recommend this stay!

This was a great place and exactly what we needed (2 adults, 2 kids). It is in the heart of the old city and so close to restaurants. the beautiful piazza's and amenities. Being close to the university also meant the area had a real buzz due to the students, particularly around lunch and evening. The flat was a 10-15 min walk from the station from which we took trains to Firenze and Lucca and even a bus to the coast for a swim! Pisa was so walkable and safe and we loved being able to walk up to the leaning tower square after sunset. truly magical. The flat was great and had everything we needed. Morning coffee on the terrace and evening meals were delightful. Alberto was great and really responsive and communicative.

Perfect accommodation, large, clean, with all the necessities. Terrace with a lovely view. Sea literally 200 meters away. Bus stop at the foot of the apartment. Quality restaurant on the sidewalk across the street. High quality accommodation, very well maintained, you feel at home! A little extra: kid-friendly! Secure terrace, enough living spaces to move , tree climbing accessible by foot, we loved it!!

Great place to stay in Pisa! Everything was clean and as describe in the pictures. Excellent communication with the host Paola and Davide, who were always willing to help and provide the best stay for us.

Nice stay at the apartment. Shower was exceptionally good and also the opportunity to do some laundry. Good location, quiet. It was especially handy to have some snacks stocked in the apartment after a long day of travel with a baby.

We had a very pleasant stay with Adam. Everything was taken care of by the host to the last detail. It is a beautiful house with nicely decorated, comfortable rooms. This is where truly Tuscan elements come back. In the morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast outside in the garden! In any case, we found a wonderful address for when we go back to Tuscany 👌🏼

We had a very nice stay with Dawn! We were very well received, it is a very nice quiet place. The house is beautiful and everything is well maintained. The contact with Dawn was very nice, she takes good care of her guests. There was always something freshly baked and we also got all kinds of things for breakfast. Since it is at the top of the mountain, having a car is an advantage. The road to get there is good and largely new. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended

George, a kind and helpful person, assisted us from the first minute we arrived at his place. He accompanied us everywhere and explained the history and peculiarities of the city. Staying at George's is like staying at home, his place is a small oasis in the middle of other buildings. Highly recommended!!

If the place is available, simply book it—you won’t regret it! The area is peaceful and beautiful, and the property is superbly clean and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, there’s a fantastic espresso coffee machine, the beds are comfortable, and even wireless chargers are provided for phones. Breakfast was exceptional—it was unreal to wake up to freshly baked bread and vegetables from the garden. All in all, you won’t regret staying here!

Er har tre most lovely time at Enrica’s B&B! It was cozy and beautiful, within walking distance of the beach and every restaurant in San Terenzo. Enrica was a wonderful host. She was flexible with check-in when our train got delayed, and gave great reccomendations about restaurants, beaches and everything else!

Staying in Paola's place added to the enjoyment of our short stay in Pisa. Paola is a very kind, friendly and hospitable host. The accommodation is a short walk from the railway station and airport and is located at the start of a very pleasant stroll to the famous Leaning Tower and central attractions. A superb pizzeria is to be found about 100m away from the accommodation offering a convenient and great choice of food and drinks.

Second stay in Eleonora's Apartment. I definitely recommend it. Eleonora is very responsive and nice. The only thing to consider is that internet is extremely slow. Don't expect to stream movies!
