Vacation rentals with a patio in Calumet Township

Would definitely look for availability here next time I am in Houghton! If you’re. If you’re not familiar with the area, the walk from this location to shops/food is beautiful and very pleasant along the waterway. Great views and spacious!

We always enjoy staying at Lexie’s place. Relaxed luxury in the heart of downtown Houghton with a short walk to all of our favorite spots.

Had a fantastic overnight stay here. Loved the location in Houghton - the proximity to the Michigan Tech Ski Trails was awesome, great view of the bridge, and lots of good shops and food nearby. Our suite was clean, bright and modern. Large and nice bathroom. Really felt like a getaway.

Great for snowmobilers, about 1-2 blocks from direct access to trail 14 - no need to trailer. Room to park trailer and sleds. Close to fuel stop. Restaurants within walking distance, or off trail. Nice cozy and clean place, more room than typical hotel room with kitchen amenities.

Great place, easy to find, larger than what I expected. Perfect for 2-4 people. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Lots of extras like towels, blankets etc. great space with storage ! Great job!

The building used to be a school and is still an active community center. The place isn't really renovated beyond the essentials. Most of the building is unchanged and still looks just like the 1930s school it once was, and inside the room there is still school furniture all over and blackboards and a bell on the wall... it really feels like you're stepping into a scene in Copper Country history mostly frozen in time, but with some modern amenities dropped in through a time machine. 10/10.

I highly recommend this place! My dog loved the fenced in backyard. The home was beautiful, squeaky clean and in perfect location near trails. The bed is SUPER comfy. As a solo traveler I felt safe & I enjoyed the layout of the house. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook & the washer/dryer was nice to use. Oh and the host was super quick to respond to my texts & was extremely accommodating to my questions. I’ll certainly be back. They even shoveled snow for me!

Very inventive use of space. Plenty of room for doing yoga. Lots to do in the area. We were there for an anniversary getaway, and they even had a card and some sparkling apple juice with champagne glasses for us! We liked being part of the effort to restore this historic building. It might be worth noting that there are lots of stairs and no elevators. My spouse has a bad knee, but we managed. It does reference the fact that this is on the third floor in the write-up, I think I just didn't think about the fact that there might not be an elevator. This was a good value and we were very happy with our stay.

Great place to stay in the winter! My wife and I made a last minute reservation to get some end of season snowmobiling in and this could not have worked out better! Just far enough off the beaten path to feel secluded. Very close to the dreamland snowmobile trail. House is VERY clean, fully stocked with almost anything you would need! We will definitely keep Kortni’s house on our list to visit again!

place is beautiful with plenty of space. If you in town for snowmobile or ORV trails this is the place. Trail runs right in front of the property easy to access. Not loud either.

My 2 boys and I drove up and we were immediately amazed at this home! The pictures, as great as they were, fell short of how beautiful the home is and how breathtaking the waterfront view is. It's at the end of the road and has no through traffic. The beds were very comfortable too. We were able to ride our snowmobiles right up to the property thanks to a bountiful snowfall the night we arrived. The home looks and smells brand new and everything was spotless. Everything about the home was perfect and we look forward to visiting again. Thank you so much, Joni!

Great stay in Houghton. Close to the Tech trails and easy to get downtown. Cozy and clean home. Mike is friendly, responsive, and helpful.

This house was perfect for our family visiting our kid. The kitchen and living space worked well for cooking dinner and hanging out with our kid and his friends after a good day of skiing. Communications were clear and we had a comfortable stay.

Place was comfortable and well organized, private and had all necessary amenities for a good stay away from home.

Our stay here was perfect for our annual ice fishing trip. Convenient location, and the home was clean and clearly well taken care of. We will definitely be returning next year!

I highly recommend this property. The home is much more spacious than the photos suggest. It is hard to capture the charm in photos. Very comfortable. While it is a pet friendly place, it is so well cleaned and maintained - you would not know it hap pets previously. Put this on your bucket list!
