Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Caluire-et-Cuire

We stayed at Louis and Sam’s place for a week. It was lovely, comfortable and exactly as described. They both were helpful, welcoming, and charming. We ate eggs from their chickens! I highly recommend!

Really comfortable house with lots of facilities. The pool was excellent and very clean. Barbecue and bread oven were good options in the garden. Nice sitting out area with fridge and ice maker .Walkable to two shopping areas with everything needed Including a good Sunday food market in Genas We managed without a car . Trip into the centre of Lyon took an hour via bus,tram and metro. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ showers We were 5 adults and one child , ideal for 4 couples. Dining areas in kitchen , in the living area and also outside so lots of options. It is a family home but plenty of space for visitors belongings. Would highly recommend. Quite area , fields behind the house which give it a country feel despite the handiness of “town “shopping and transport links

A warm, clean, spacious home that provides everything you need. We spent a few days with friends and it was great. It's great for kids who have access to toys and have enjoyed it. Close to the highway and only 20 min from the old Lyon. Finally, we were hosted very well by Evelyne the owner of great kindness.

Vast house, nice for a stay with family. We particularly enjoyed the large kitchen, the living room and the swimming pool. Family spirits reign in every room of the house. The explanations for the functioning of the house are clear.

i recommend it 100% Stéphane very responsive to our parking messages just 10 minutes away by car in order to get to Lyon by metro house very functional damage could not enjoy the pool because renting in December not the right period we will return on beautiful days in order to enjoy the outdoors

We had a lovely stay at Stéphanie's house, as a family. The house is very nice and practical. Beautiful terrace and pool. Everything is planned to feel at home. The ground floor is suitable for a person with limited mobility. (elderly person with cane and small walker) We had the shops next door without the inconvenience. Beautiful scenery.

We had a perfect short stay at Romain's apartment which was perfectly clean and well appointed. The view is great! We did not miss anything and will be happy to go back!

Exactly as described! There are 42 steps to the apartment. They were not difficult for us, but be aware. It it a perfect location in Lyon!

What a unique home. Exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring Vieux Lyon and really all of Lyon. Just be aware that the entrance to the apartment is half way up (or down) a very long set of stairs. Once in the apartment it was all one level. Thierry was very helpful with local recommendations, and he personally met me to let me in and show how everything worked. He also was able to accommodate my request for an early checkin which was greatly appreciated!

Nada was a perfect host. She gave us clear instructions about our arrival at the apartment and was very responsive to any requests we had. We even had the chance to check out late at our request so we could finish the activities we had planned in the morning. I return annually to this time in Lyon and if the accommodation is available next year, I would like to come back to Nada's for a weekend. Thanks for everything!!!

We had a wonderful time at Patricia's place. The apartment is in a very beautiful neighborhood near the Parc de la tête d 'or, which is great when traveling with children. We had a lot of room for the whole family and there was even a breakfast ready for us! Thanks Patricia for your flexibility and quick communication!

We loved staying in Helene’s place. The space itself is big and beautiful, location in centre of Ecully, just outside Lyon. Very easy to get into the city by bus or taxi or Ecully has some lovely places to visit. It’s better than the photos, fully equipped kitchen and really lovely heated pool with sun beds and a beautiful garden. To top it off Helene is an incredible host, probably the best I’ve ever met on Airbnb. Thank you so much Helene, you made our trip so easy and you were so kind and generous. We love your home!

We spent a week with 4 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. Top amenities, beautifully quiet and rural location, great pool. Jaques was always available and super quick to respond to questions. Small villages to explore, Lyon as a day trip, ... very beautiful! Full recommendation!

This is an amazing Airbnb! The house, pool and garden are even better than described and are beautiful! The kitchen is very well stocked and we enjoyed using the bbq. The pool area is fantastic - lots of spots to sit either in the sun or shade. Plenty of room in the house with comfortable bedrooms that stayed cool even in the hot weather. Overall, would really recommend the stay and our only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

Great for visiting Lyon for a few days!

The very definition of vacation we were hoping for! Very nice little house in a more than quiet area, a few minutes walk from the historic center of the village. All shops accessible 5/10min by car (Intermarché, boulangerie, boucherie, pizzeria, burger, etc.) and shopping area 15 minutes away. A lot of activities and animal parks from 20 minutes to 1h30 by car (Safari de Peaugres, zoological area of Saint Martin la Plaine, Parc de Courzieu, aquarium de Lyon, Parc des Oiseaux...) The only downside is not to succumb to the desire to order a Margherita when you drink a glass of rosé on the sunbed overlooking the pool and the spray of rosemary from the garden come to pet your nostrils and stimulate your taste buds! In addition, Nolwenn was very responsive to any questions we may have prior to and during our stay. In short, la dolce vita in the south west of Lyon 🇮🇹
