Bay Dreamer - comfortable seaside getaway

So close...Hear the waves lap the beach from Bay Dreamer. New to the holiday rental market and has been updated with fresh paint, new carpet and polished timber floors. With views across Jervis Bay to Point Perpendicular from the living areas and main bedroom. The kitchen has an electric stove top and oven, microwave and dishwasher. The house has gas hot water, bbq & heater, ceiling fans+AC and a spacious bathroom. A second shower is located in the laundry and off the carport is a second toilet.

We had a terrific time at the Bali Beach House! Great experience right from the time of booking, through to check-in, and finally checking-out - totally hassle free. The property is so conveniently located, bang on the edge of Collingwood Beach. It is neatly laid out with plenty of space to easily accommodate 5 families. We couldn't have asked for anything more - will definitely be back soon!!

Beautiful location with outstanding ocean views. The place was comfortable and had lots of indoor plants, which I liked. Communication with the host was speedy and friendly. A thing to note is that the bed is quite firm, which took a bit of getting used to. There were also lots of people walking their dogs behind the property all day (I’m assuming the nearby beach is dog friendly - there are 2 beach entry walkways in view from the balcony), so there was more barking and people calling for their dogs than we had anticipated! That being said, we had a great stay and would recommend!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The unit was perfect and Simone had decked it out with everything we could hope for to make our stay comfortable and easy. The unit backs onto bushland which was full of beautiful bird calls, and it made the space so much more private and lovely. It was the perfect spot for my morning coffee! The beach is directly across the road and a short walk to the Husky Pub and many cafes for meals, as well as to the whale watching and dolphin tours. Simone is an AWESOME host!! She replied to messages almost immediately and paid attention to all details and then some! You could want for nothing in this unit, nor could you ask for more in a host. We loved everything about our stay in Simone's unit and this will be the place we will hope to stay at again when we visit next. Thank you Simone!

This airbnb was a very beautiful place to stay. during our stay the weather was very rainy, but they had board games and many things to do. the greenery made the house feel very homey and private. definitely will be coming back to this airbnb when i need another little get away.

It’s been the perfect getaway for our family and friends—a comfortable, well-equipped space where we’ve made some really special memories. The fantastic location,layout suited to groups, and affordability have all made it an easy choice that keeps us coming back. For the past 3 Easter long weekends, it’s become a tradition we genuinely look forward to. Each visit has offered a relaxing, enjoyable experience, and our most recent stay was no exception—perfect weather, great company, and another memorable weekend. What we’ve especially appreciated are the thoughtful touches and creature comforts that make staying here so easy—things like the highchair, baby gate, well-stocked kitchen, smart TV, and reliable Wi-Fi have all made a difference, especially when travelling with little ones or larger groups. Pete has always been a fantastic host—responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with.
