Vacation rentals in California

I can't say enough good things about Marla's Airbnb. We were there with another family in December and it's gorgeous! There was enough room to comfortably fit 2 families (collectively with 3 preschoolers and an infant). The separate but connected apartments were perfect for each family to have their privacy when needed but also come together. We had meals enjoying the beautiful view, snug next to the fireplace. The hot tub was wonderful. Communication was easy and Marla is graciously accommodating. For those of you traveling with infants, there's a baby bathtub and a pack n' play. I highly recommend and am hoping to come back soon.

The Riveria was a beautiful property with great amenities. It was very clean and Ziad was very accommodating, me and my friends had an amazing stay.

Perfect location, as described. Sunrise and sunsets out of this world. Very spacious and comfortable. Tonnes of amenities offered. Extremely helpful labelling. Hosts very kind and responsive. Weather was lovely and spent most weekend outdoors enjoying the views!

The BBQ worked great, and Verona offered everything we needed, including good food at Muddy Waters Restaurant and treats at a local bakery and Kawartha ice cream shop. This home was the highlight of my Thanksgiving and birthday weekend with friends. It was so beautiful that we extended our stay by an extra day just to enjoy it. The property was spacious, impeccably clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with quality furniture, appliances, and breathtaking views—truly flawless inside. The location was about 45 minutes from the activities we were looking to do (Nordik Spa/Ottawa) but we were looking for a more secluded experience. The jacuzzi was a perfect addition to our winter retreat, adding to the cozy atmosphere. To get to the home you have to drive on some very steep hills so be sure to have a reliable vehicle in snowy conditions. It would be seriously scary to get to without snow tires. The management company was extremely responsive & the home was easy to check in and out of. If you’re looking for a private, peaceful getaway where the home itself is the main attraction, this is an excellent choice. We'll definitely be renting again!

The Happy Place cottages are lovely. Our group of 5 stayed in the Explorer cottage. Excellent use of space and very nicely decorated. The view and the surroundings were so peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the dock talking then have a beautiful fire. There was another group staying at the Dragonfly who joined us at the fire. It was a nice sense of community. Every one is us said we’d come back again
