Vacation rentals with a patio in Caldas Novas

The hostess, Dona Onice, is undoubtedly a distinguishing characteristic of this accommodation. Very nice, took care of every detail of the trip from the reservation, keeping in touch, answering questions and sending tips. Regarding the apartment, it is well furnished, contains all the necessary items for a good stay. It has a prime location in front of the Singapore mall, with several restaurant options nearby. I recommend it!

We love Camila's space! We are in 3 people: two adults and 1 child of 12 years and served us well. We still took our pinsher dog, Big. It is very close to Hot Park, you can walk, and the fair on the street, with comidinhas, supermarkets, shops, etc. The apartment faces the leisure area of the building, which was good for me, as I could see my son in the swimming pools, while resting in the apartment. The TV signal is not very good and we miss some dessert plates for breakfast. In addition, the apartment is well equipped, blender, sandwich maker, electric oven, microwave, fridge and stove. There's still a water fountain! There are two bathrooms, but we only use the couple, which has a good shower. The bed is also comfortable and black out. The apartment offered bed and bath linens, detergent and crockery sponge, broom and squeegee, a differential of this space. We were very pleased and would be back, no doubt! 😄

A good environment, very spacious, easily accommodates 5 people and there is still plenty of space, Claudio was very flexible with the checkout and the hotel allows pets, which was perfect, it has two swimming pools, one hot and one cold, very good and the staff are very attentive, I will definitely be back. I recommend it 100%.

Just a suggestion for those who go and bring electric pot, Air frayer, coffee maker, take a T with entrance 20 Ampere. because this issue of sockets is a chronic problem in Caldas. I recommend the venue and I will rent again at another time

Great house, super well located, with sensational and fine space 27km and 23min from the hotpark. The house is very close to the center of Caldas Novas with supermarkets, bakery and snack bars around. The owner of the house and her husband are super friendly and kind. My review is 5 stars!

I stayed 3 nights with my family and look, a nice house! What a cozy and beautiful condominium! We are in love with the place, it is easily accessible to the center and there is everything nearby (by car, on foot). The pool was very successful and even in July it was warm enough for everyone to have fun. The amount of bathrooms is excellent, 8 people could use it in a good way. The TV with Roku was a hand on the wheel, the internet quality then, don't even talk. Fernanda was in contact with me all the time and solved even a burnt lamp in the bathroom in record time. It was a stay we'll be repeating for sure!

Éder's apartment is cozy and has a good location, close to a bakery, pharmacy and restaurants, air-conditioning and showers working well, the condominium's distinguishing feature is the river, warm water until 10:00 p.m., Éder was a great host.

Lázaro Paulo's apartment was very organized and clean, very good furniture and appliances. I just missed more chairs for meals, but nothing that hindered us. I recommend it for sure.
