We loved it! Undoubtedly highlights the kindness of Cecilia and her husband, who quickly resolved the unforeseen events and treated us as kings. The house is large, very clean and comfortable, perfect for 5 guests. The natural environment where it is located is really nice, ideal for walking and enjoying the magic of the south.

One word to describe our experience: amazing. Extremely satisfied and looking forward to our return. The host is great and the views to the forest and outdoor hot tub really made the difference. Strongly recommend!

We took a family trip and from the arrival we felt very welcome, Sebastian and his wife are very attentive and friendly people, the beautiful and very cozy cabin, the tinja is an additional plus that has the cabin and the whole mountain environment with a lot of peace and tranquility just what we were looking for, we definitely recommend it and hope to return soon.

Everything is excellent, easy to arrive, very clean and very nice sector, the ideal is to go in a car that is so low not necessarily that it is all-terrain, but otherwise fabulous

My stay at Refugio Pulli was spectacular. The place is much nicer in person, the cabin has many details that make a difference, they have to go and live it! Robinson is very friendly and was waiting for us when we arrived. During the stay, I was attentive to any requirement and welcomed us with a pickle. 100% recommended, it's the best place I've ever been on this app. It's close to Villarrica if you want to go shopping. If you are looking for a place to relax and have privacy, this place is the one. It totally exceeded my expectations.

Pablo is one of the best hosts i've ever had on airbnb. Great recomendations, fast communication, and ready to assist and solve problems. His cabin is a great choice for large groups coming into pucón. Well equipped and confortable. 10 minute drive to the city center. Definely recommend!

Don Pablo is an excellent host, he was always attentive to the requirements and inquiries, he is a great connoisseur of the area, recommending activities and culinary data. As for the environment in which the cabin is located, it is a place surrounded by nature, it has a beautiful river a few meters away and allows you to appreciate the stars during the night, creating an environment of disconnection. It has a bicycle rental service to tour the area, excellent panorama. Special mention for the hosts Ninja and Bruno, very tender and loving. Place to definitely return to again.

The place is very beautiful. Everything is super comfortable. We felt super good. Cony likes the details and did everything so we are super well (heating on when we get to the depto for example). The view is amazing and we had a very pleasant time in the depto. Well located, close to Panguipuli. The car is needed.

from the first minute with the reservation I felt comfortable with the communication with Urzulinda. the cabin, I found it beautiful, very well cleaned, had the necessary amenities for us (3 adults and 2 children). in the enclosure there are 3 cabañas but with enough privacy to enjoy quiet. I hope to come back next year.

The cottage is located in Neltuma, very close to restaurants and places to shop. Outside runs a small estuary and has a beautiful view Mrs. Pabla is extremely friendly and welcoming, the cabin is very comfortable, we were with children and everything was excellent Highly recommended

Tomás and his father were very welcoming. They made us feel right at home. The house was nice and warm on our arrival. My husband and Father-in-law even got to spend the afternoon fishing with them.

Highly recommend a stay in Luis' cabin. we arrived in Pucon really early and Luis was very helpful in letting us check in early and showing us the cabin. Had all the basics to be able to cook for ourselves, the bed was really comfortable with plenty of blankets. If there is anything you need Luis and his wife are extremely attentive and happy to help. We found it quite cold the first night and asked if they had a heater, and they went out of their way to bring us a heater, an extra blanket and a draft excluder. It is a fair walk into town from the accomodation, it took us around 45minutes, but a flat walk, via the pavement on the main road straight into town, with supermarkets on the way (and minigolf too). 5-10minut taxi for around 2-3,000 CLP. Would also recommend the Terra Volcano as a company to hike up Villarica volcano, must do excursion. Would happily stay again.

Claudia is very welcoming. He communicated quickly with us when we need guidance to arrive. The cabin is comfortable and practical. The location is great for those who are trekking in the park as it is literal within the park. We were very happy for Claudia's kindness and concern.

A very cute place to disconnect and rest, it is quite quiet and surrounded by trees that make it seem to be inside a forest. It is very close to the parks of Huilo-Huilo (by car about 10 minutes away), so you can walk around easily. Place 100% recommended.
