I rent a little country villa, in Pelau Mannu (Jerzu), with view on Nuraghe Musciu, 10 minutes away from the best sea coast and beaches of Sardinia, Ogliastra. The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room with a big chimney, a wide veranda and a garden on two different levels. Comfortable Villa, 300mt from the beach!

Villa located in an ideal area to spend your holidays in complete relaxation, visit the magnificent beaches of Ogliastra, go trekking and taste the typical Sardinian products. Just 300 meters from the beautiful beach of San Gemiliano with bar also open in the evening (during the summer). Always nearby there are markets, restaurants and pizzerias and the main center (Tortoli). Suitable for spending a holiday together with a large group of friends or with your family.

The villa is surrounded by greenery, outside you will find a beautiful swimming pool divided into two areas, 45 sqm of salt water at natural temperature, always open. The 20 sqm relaxation area with whirlpools is covered by an electronic shutter and is heated all year round (from November 1 to May 1) contact the owners to agree on the possible cost of heating). It is also possible to rent a 45 sqm SUITE. 4/5 seats has an extra cost, it is room 4 in the description.

Completely new structure very close to the world's most famous beaches of Su Barone and Osala, well connected to the town of Orosei, large garden available. In the house there is a double bed and a sofa bed for two children. Consumer products of any kind are not included in the house, however some courtesy products will be made available for the first arrival, which will be considered a complimentary gift for your vacation. Please do not rearrange our furniture.
