Wunderbare Villa mit geräumigen Outdoor Bereich. Der beheitzte Pool, die Tischtennis Platte und der Kicker sind ein Highlight für Kinder. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist grandios und man hat seine Ruhe, da die Ville etwas abgelegen ist.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Häuschen von Fiamma erlebt. Der CheckIn war gut organisiert, Fiamma war ebenfalls dabei. Es war sauber und sah wie auf den Fotos aus. Die Lage ist schön, auch wenn es vereinzelt noch Nachbarn hatte. Die Gegend ist wunderbar und Fiamma hatte noch einige Kleinigkeiten als Geschenk bereit gelegt. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Great location. Convenient for restaurants, bars and the boat trips. Great views. Lovely hot tub. Good WiFi. We wanted to stay longer and hope to return. Well equipped kitchen. Safe and peaceful area. Matteo always responded quickly to my questions.

Désagrément à l'arrivée : réception demandant un voucher que nous n'avions pas, obligation de payer le linge et la taxe de séjour non indiqué dans l'annonce, Sara injoignable. Nous avons demander à AirBnb d'intervenir et nous avons rapidement été remboursé du linge. Surclassés dans un appartement avec 3 chambres au lieu de 2 et une grande terrasse très agréable. L'appartement est spacieux. L'équipement correspond à l'annonce. Il manque un micro-onde qui serait bien pratique. La résidence était très calme. Nous avons très apprécié la piscine durant notre séjour, il y a aussi des tables et des chaises dans un jardin commun agréable. L'emplacement est bien, un peu loin de la plage (15-20min à pied pour la plus proche), a proximité, il y a 3 supermarchés (5-7min à pied environ pour les 3), de nombreux restaurant et glaciers sur la route de la plage. Il y a de magnifiques plages en marchant un peu vers le Nord et on est juste à côté de la réserve naturelle de Biderosa : un must !

Vi er lige kommet hjem fra Monicas dejlige hus ved Tertenia Beach. Vi har nydt den dejlige udsigt og den ro stedet har. Samtidig har Monica været behjælpelig og hurtig kommet med en ny gasflaske, da den gamle ikke havde mere gas. Huset er i fin stand og meget rent. Vi nød specielt den udendørs bruser, hvor vi kunne blive skyllet efter strandturene samtidig med en fantastisk udsigt over middelhavet. Det bør nævnes at Zinnibiri ligger et sted hvor det er nødvendigt med en bil for at komme til strand, indkøb, restauranter med mere. Tak for nogle dejlige dage i Monicas hus.

Vue magnifique avec lever de soleil si on est un peu matinal! La maison est parfaitement équipée comme chez soi! La piscine est très agréable quand il fait chaud! Anna et Elisabeta sont très accueillantes, disponibles et réactives Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille !

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Giuseppe’s house, which is stunningly beautiful, and in such a fantastic location. We were able to walk into town along the beach each evening to go for dinner, and really enjoyed walking down to the beach immediately below the house to have a swim each morning. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, and was really flexible and friendly, providing us with nice clear instructions, and great recommendations for local restaurants.

Bardzo fajne miejsce, dobrisie spisało jako uniwersalna baza wypadowa do rejonów wspinaczkowych, Ulassai, Cala Gonone, Quirra. blisko też do plaży, w pobliżu sklep spożywczy oraz mięsny, dobrze wyposażone. Kontakt z Eleonora był bardzo dobry, wszystko jasne. zawsze był ktoś na miejscu w razie jak mieliśmy wątpliwości. fajnie wyposażona kuchnia, duża lodówka. super plus to podwójna łazienka. w mieszkaniu było czysto i schludnie. Z minusów to mogłoby być ciut więcej pościeli. czasami wi-fi było niestabilne, większość czasu ok, ale zdarzały się mocne spadki jakości sygnału Internetowego - bardziej chodzi o samą jakość dostawcy niż siłę sygnału wifi, która była ok.

Schöne moderne Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon und fantastischem Meerblick. Sehr sauber. Die Garage und die Waschmaschine waren auch sehr gut. Filomena ist super-freundlich, flexibler check-in und check-out war möglich. Danke für alles!

Carla’s rental, La Torre, is located in the heart of Baunei! Offering perfect accommodations and fabulous view! The rental is spotless with all the amnesties. Bars, restaurants and grocery store are walking distance. Great Gelateria (ice cream)! Plenty of outdoor activities and crystal water beaches. Hiking and boat tour along the coast are a must. Best having a small car to enjoy mountain roads and commune locations. Carla is the perfect host!! We will surely return.

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

Fabulous getaway close to great beaches and lovely food. Fabio had lots of recommendations and whilst we didn’t end up using the kayak or bikes it was great to have as an option! Thanks Fabio, we’ll be back!

Asi mé nejlepší ubytování. Francesco a jeho rodina jsou velmi milí, dům je klidný, dobře vybavený včetně všeho, co potřebujete k životu, do kuchyně, drogerie. Na uvítanou jsme dostali koš se spoustu dobrot, třeba i víno. V okolí jsou krásné pláže. Rádi bychom se tam vrátili.

Our stay at Villa Biderrosa was perfect! The lake and the mountain views are simply breathtaking. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need, the small private beach by the lake is simply magical, and there is a beautiful beach close by. My family and I had a wonderful holiday, we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent stay at Gianni apartment. The place is lovely with a very nice and quiet garden outside and the apartment has all the necessary facilities. Gianni and his wife were very helpful. I recommend.

Very nice place with amazing friendly people. Apartment is clean and comfortable. You' ve got exactly what is described in the offer. Wifi and aircon works perfect. Kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. Pool was perfect for our daughter, she loved to swim and play with the cats. Bitches around are unbelivable! Every day we were on a different one, so you can choose and find what you want. All of them you can easily rach by car in 5 to 20 minutes. We really enjoy this place. Highly recommended. Grandios! Die Villa ist sichtgeschützt mit prächtiger Aussicht! Im Herbst ist es sehr angenehm, da nur wenige Häuser/Wohnungen im "Abba Urci" Ferienkomplex belegt sind! Lage: Marina di Tertenia, 15 Autominuten von Tertenia entfernt. 2 kleine Supermärkte in Tertenia. Schönste Strände innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten bis zu 45 Autominuten Richtung Tortoli zu erreichen! Massimo ist ein genialer Gastgeber. Er hat immer schnell geantwortet und sich eingesetzt, wenn es nötig war. Gärtner und Poolcleaner besuchten regelmässig das Grundstück.

Le logement de Sergio est un incroyable havre de paix à quelques km de Dorgali, au milieu des vignes de Sergio, dans sa maison de famille. Il vient facilement vous chercher car la route n'est pas facile à trouver la première fois. Sergio est un hôte absolument ADORABLE, prévenant, attentionné. il est vraiment exceptionnel. Allez chez lui passer quelques jours les yeux fermés. et appréciez la tranquillité, la dolce vitæ, la vraie

Très bon séjour chez Frederica, nous avons apprécié la tranquillité, la vue, le confort de la piscine, le logement est basic mais juste ce qu’il faut !! Malgré la barrière de la langue et le manque de réseau téléphonique nous avons apprécié nos échanges avec Frédérica qui nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaire pour notre séjour des poubelles à la boucherie du coin.

Wij hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf! De communicatie verliep vlekkeloos, het appartement en zwembad waren in zeer goede staat. De tuin is prachtig onderhouden en het uitzicht is fenomenaal. De omgeving is leuk om te wandelen of om naar het strand te gaan. Wij raden een vakantie bij Ugo absoluut aan! Groeten, Koen & Tine

Excellent stay for a very relaxing 11day holiday with 2 children. Place perfect for the children with additional amenities like night lights which was great. Pool shared with 4 other villas but only 1 other villa occupied and practically had to ourselves. The View from the garden and pool was stunning, better than the pictures! Very clean and comfortable villa with air con, great outdoor space, walking distance to the sandy beach (with children age 5 and 3 15-20mins). Beach was perfect for children. Rocky beach 5minutes from the villa but the sandy beach was much better. Fully equipped kitchen and excellent outdoor BBQ space (we bought our children’s plastic plates/cups after asking Valentina). Surprised no wifi available and the phone signal was quite intermittent. Valentina was very friendly, proactive, answered questions straight away and had great recommendations. Luca was a great host! We felt at home from the very beginning. This house is lovely, has a great personality and seems like Luca cared for every detail. The garden, the pool and the piano (yes he has a piano) made a difference! One of the best Airbnb we had ever rented :-)
