Places to stay in Cala d'Or

We had a wonderful week in Joan's beautiful apartment. Top: the location is really a 2 minute walk to the beach and multiple good/ nice restaurants/ coffee bars. Also view over the sea and the mountains from the roof terrace and balcony. In front of the house there is a large clean playground, during the day it is a very cozy hangout for parents and children, you can hear that in and around the house, but did not bother us. It was actually always quiet around 8:30pm. The apartment is much bigger than the pictures on airbnb suggest! There are two very comfortable cozy bathrooms with soap and lots of towels and a large kitchen with lots of utensils. Also, there are some beach attributes in the basement. The only downside for us was the two single beds instead of a double bed. The mattresses are also a bit saggy. In short, the apartment is really highly recommended! Tip: a stair gate for the little kids would make the house even more child-friendly

We loved our three week stay in Port Soller. Veronicas apt. looks exactly as the photos show. The location is perfect with a short walk to the village. The view is beautiful and it was a highlight of our stay in this apt. We did have a car so we were able to explore many areas in Mallorca. The hiking trails are many and there are plenty that can be done right from the apt. We highly recommend this apt. It was also nice that there were fresh oranges and lemons waiting for us.

We felt very comfortable. The amenities were excellent (from iron to orange press everything there) and the reception was great prepared. Recommendations for the area and little things as welcome were ready. The apartment is on the mountain and you have a great view of the bay. With luggage and without a car you have to be good on foot, but it is worth it. The fridge was very quiet, which is good as you sleep in the same room. Everything great!

We absolutely loved our stay at Carmen’s place! We felt right at home, with all the sweet touches and warmth of the place. It was very easy to find and to access. The entire place, especially the kitchen, bathroom and linen were very clean (pristine) which is always super important to me! The place is only a few steps away from the beach and the private terrace is a great spot to relax and read. The kitchen is well equipped and we made some lovely meals there. We also went to many restaurants in the neighbourhood, that were also recommended by Carmen. We loved the place so much, and will be back! But we also recommended the place to one of our friends, who is going to stay there very soon. Carmen was very responsive and always immediately addressed all of our questions. If you’re thinking about staying in the area, I can strongly recommend Carmen’s place it had everything for us and we had a wonderful time. Many thanks Carmen :)

We spend a week here and had a relaxing stay. The location was exactly as shown in the photos, the hosts are very responsive. We loved having multiple outdoor sitting areas by the pool.

The place was with very good location, beautiful view to the river and the sea in a short walking distance. Barbara was very helpful and it was easy to find the place. Own parking space was an extra + with us having a car. The pool was great and and air-condition in every room also very useful. The place was very clean and all the necessary things were there. I recommend highly +++.

the apartment is very clean and had what we needed. the fit out is basic but well kept and stocked with essentials. We loved Ses Salines and used it as a base to explore further. We would stay again.

It’s difficult to put into words how magical Fornalutx is, as well as this property. Neil and Julie provide the perfect retreat for the soul- great amenities, recommendations, easily accessible to all surroundings, the list goes on. I will recommend their booking a thousand times over. We cannot wait to return!!
