It's a very new Apartment with a View, really perfect for 2 People sleeping separately. Nice Sofa, Nice Kitchen, Very warm to very Hot Non-stop Shower experience. All together a outstanding Airbnb. I would reserve it again. Great Location just one Block away from the Inca Hot Springs. Very lovely Attention.

From start to finish super friendly, in addition the response times were quick, a beautiful view from the apartment, accessible to what one intends to do for the proximity of everything, the super friendly people inside the condominium and that generates that you feel at home, so many positive points that I would definitely return.

The house layout and surroundings are a perfect setting for relaxation and family time. Lots of green all around and activities to do around the house such as ping pong and volleyball. The grilling area is magnificent and well equipped.

Our stay at Hollly House was everything we hoped it would be. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a month long stay. It is an easy walk into town and there are a couple small markets within the community for necessities. Maribel was very responsive to any issues or questions that we had. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. And the town itself is beautiful and very safe as well. We 100% loved our stay and I hope we can come back.

Everything is perfect in Teodoro's house, it certainly has one of the best views of Chachapoyas, the location is perfect (close to everything), the house is very well equipped with a kitchen; very spacious areas; a nice garden; shower with hot water; comfortable sofas… Teodoro and his family are very nice and respectful. He has a great heart. I am very grateful to have been staying at this place with a nice energy.

The stay was very nice, arrive super easy with my family. The house was the same as described in the photos, it is a very nice and quiet environment. Miss allowed me to bring my dogs and I'm very grateful. The house stay a few blocks from the beach and is close to all the restaurants of the beach, I highly recommend the place. A very nice place to spend family time, my children enjoyed it very well. Well located and everything was very new.

I would definitely come back. Omar and his parents some great hosts, went with two vehicles and made space in their carport to put them away. All the same and better than posted.
