I chose the site because I had to have surgery and the apartment was close , by the way I did not find many things in this location when I found this ap and Li all the description of the listing and also feedback from those who had already stayed in the ape . Apartamento was extremely clean , and I liked the security of the place as well and congratulations to the host who answered us about everything we asked and quickly .

We had an amazing night in this glass loft. The view is wonderful, the space is super cozy and the experience was unique. Sleeping under the stars with all the comforts was unforgettable. Perfect for a couple's getaway!

The apartment met expectations, attentive host and excellent location. We only had a problem with the building's elevator one day and some outside sounds that bothered us at times outside of business hours, perhaps because there are many dry wall walls, but nothing important, just occasional sounds later at night. Indico and I would definitely come back.

Excellent place and wonderful host Manu! An ideal place to rest and get to know SP, I went for work too and the location was ideal... the apartment is very comfortable, clean and cozy. It's exactly how the pictures show… or maybe better! Manu for his part was always very attentive to my arrival, stay and departure… if I have the opportunity to return promptly to SP… I will not hesitate to return to this nice place! Thank you very much Manu!

The stay was super quiet for my demand and two points deserve appreciation: the iron at your disposal (I did not use it, but I was able to assemble my bags with one less concern - I did not need to select only clothes that did not knead); and the fact that there was a water filter in the kitchen... it is very uncomfortable having to keep buying mineral water to supply the apt during a trip, and it ends up being expensive, too. I thought it was great! Comfortable bed and shower, physical key in the door, in addition to the numeric password. Two fans assist in thermal comfort. Great value for money. A single point that I would leave as a tip for the plus size public: the door of the bathroom box is very narrow, I am mannequin 46 and I needed to squeeze in, rsrsrs, so I think it's worth asking Paula about the measurements, if necessary.
