We had a lovely stay with the family in this beautiful spacious and ideally located apartment. Very large terrace to enjoy the outdoors I would highly recommend it!

A very nice apartment, perfectly equipped (both the kitchen and the bathroom), all comforts (adjustable thermostat). Just a minute's walk from the sea! Recommended.

We're regulars. Impeccable apartment. Listening host close to shops and the center of Caen. The train station is 5 minutes away. Quiet. Very comfortable bedding. Adequate appliances and dishes in a modern kitchen. Modern bathroom also with XXL shower. Very good stay.

Very nice accommodation, clean, very well equipped and functional. Conveniently located for tour of the landing beaches. Isabelle is very helpful, we were very well received. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it!!

A small week spent at 4 with no particular issues.

Very good stay. Some difficulties with access because the GPS led us to the gate entrance to the subdivision. But once the other entrance was found, everything went smoothly. House in quiet development

Great stay at Cathy and Nico's. Very easy communication. Nico came very kindly to greet us after our arrival. Very nice house, everything is very clean and the decor neat. We spent 6 days in the house at a time when the weather was very cold and the stove on the veranda is an absolute happiness! The beach is at the end of the street with all the water activities possible. The village is a great base to visit Normandy. We highly recommend this location!

We loved our stay. Friendly, responsive, flexible and very reasonable rates especially for the high quality of the home. We got a little confused locating it as somehow we had the incorrect address, but once we got that straightened out, we got right there.

Beautiful house from the turn of the century, very pleasant to live in even in winter. We immediately felt at home. We were able to live a few " timeless " days with the family for the Christmas period. It is ideally located in relation to downtown Houlgate and to go for a short walk to the sea. Thanh's house is very nice, extremely clean and well-located (on a quiet street + the beach, shops and restaurants can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot). There is everything you need for cooking and we enjoyed the ping pong table! Communication with Thanh was very smooth and he is accommodating regarding schedules. We had a lovely stay.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

We had a wonderful time. Cécile and Michel's listing is as described. Everything is there; bright accommodation, well equipped, nice and very nice. It is right next to the beaches of Courseulles sur Mer which are beautiful. From the accommodation it is very easy to radiate on all the landing beaches. We recommend it and will be back!! Absolutely amazing stay! Perfect location both for exploring the town of Bayeux and the Normandy region. It was unseasonably cold while we were there but the heat kept it super comfy. The interior was cozy and had everything we needed. The host was super responsive and also had great local recommendations.

A short walk to the center of Cabourg and three steps to the beach, Sebastien and Noémie's apartment is true to the listing. Not only are there all the necessary amenities but also the apartment is spacious and bright with a beautiful living room on hardwood floors and a large kitchen. In short, you can enjoy yourself. The parking space in front of the entrance of the small building is also a plus. Special mention for the attention given to the children. We came with a baby and nothing was missing for its comfort (ours too...) with high chair, bathtub, crib, a box of toys and abundant books... enough to make our stay on the flowered coast even more pleasant the day after Christmas. Congratulations also on the communication with handing over the keys and identical departure which allows you to debrieve live and it's so much more fun...

A big thank you to Eline and Michel for a great 2 night stay. The accommodation is great, completely redone, very well furnished, tastefully decorated, very well located, very clean with a magnificent view. We appreciated the clean windows (this is not the case for all waterfront homes unfortunately...) and the electric roller shutters. The bed is comfortable, with a large wardrobe for clothes, and room to store empty suitcases. We will be back with great pleasure, we who like to stay off-season by the sea. In addition, Eline and Michel are responsive when needed, and very attentive;) We enjoyed it! Indeed, you have to walk up 4 floors because there is no elevator, it is mentioned in the listing, but the stairs are wide enough to pass with your luggage, and the view is worth the candle.:)) so feel free to make this little effort, if health allows you of course:))
