Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Cairns Regional

We really enjoyed our stay with Rod and Evelyn. The area was beautiful and the garden unit of the house was quite spacious and had more rooms than we needed. Our 5 yr old boys loved jumping on the trampoline and playing in the front and back yards, as well as watching the heritage pass by several times a day. The hosts were highly responsive and accommodating to our needs, as well as being friendly and offering local tips. Would definitely book again/recommend to others.

We loved the house it was absolutely beautiful just as the photos show. Right on the dam and a beautiful view from the home. We will definitely stay again.

Oh what an amazing place to people who want to wind up from the busy city life , this place for you , to nature lover, to hear the bird singing in the morning ,crickets singing at night , you can see all different trees, buzzing bees , colourful butterflies ,safe place that no need to lock your door , you can put your loud music , so private and safe , have some champagne in the outdoor bathtub , beautiful crisp linen, plenty of pillows , what else you can ask for ? Everything there from shampoos to all condiment for cooking , fresh egg from their hen pen not only that ! Helen is the friendliest host ive ever meet , What a friendly beautiful lady whos willing to assist us to our needs , very enteresting to talk to and yes we definitely we coming back, Its was a privilege to let us stay The great woompoo cotttage , thank you so much

Beautiful clean little cottage, native birds everywhere and gorgeous sunrise over the neighbouring field... I enjoyed the aircon escape from the heat but would love to be there in cooler months for the fire place. Great host, definitely recommend

What a wonderful relaxing few days! John was so nice and welcoming! We are new to Australia and to the Tablelands region so we had lots of questions! John walked us around the property showing us the different trees and telling us a lot about the region. A wonderful assortment of fruits and snacks and breakfast items were provided. The cabin was amazing. Everything you could need in a very clean, cozy and relaxing space. My family of 4 (My husband and I and our teenage kids) had plenty of space to spread out. Gorgeous views from the porch and a lovely walk down to the river to look for animals. Overall a wonderful experience!!! Thank you for having us John and Pam!!

Very beautiful home that had absolutely everything we needed.

The house was awesome to stay at and we only had one issue which ended up being our fault for not reading instructions correctly. Nothing was to hard for the host and they made us feel right at home. We would look to stay here again. The House was well maintained and obviously has a pretty high rate of stays. The sauna was a great addition to refresh.
