Vacation rentals with a patio in Caimito

Marlene’s place was beautiful, and we felt right at home. The home is just as described. Marlene is super responsive and provided a list of things, places, and food to go to for our first trip to PR. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay again at Marlene’s home.

We were a group of 9, and stayed in apartments 301 & 302, for a week. Both apartments were as described in the listings. Kitchen counters are a bit tight if you plan on utilizing the space for more than just breakfast. The various layers of security, like locked gates to the parking areas, locked main door to the apartment building, and locks on the individual apartments are nice but a bit cumbersome at times. Overall, a good experience.

This place was perfect for two! It was big enough that we were not in each other's way but still cozy with all the necessary amenities. Everything was within a 15 minute drive. The sounds of the coquis at night in a quiet residential area were the perfect end after being in the city or beach all day. Albin also gave the best local recommendations!

Everything was okay and easy to enter! The communication was on point and very friendly and helpful. Carmen got us a new set of sheets and towels after a couple of days of our stay which was a very nice gesture. The Terrace was a good way to have some out door possibility while in the Apartment. The Wifi was a bit lacking and had some outages unfortunately. As well the area can be very loud during the day. Otherwise everything like described and very clean.

I really like Jose‘s transparency and his availability for communication it was greatly appreciated , I was so excited about this trip and my stay at Jose‘s , it help me keep that momentum for the entire vacation, which was 4 day and 3 nights hosting a party of 3!! The description of the condo was point on as well as the location I highly recommend it!

So much to love about this place, from the clean spacious interior (and comfy patio) to its closeness to wonderful restaurants (Bocca and Acupulco were our favorites) and the beach! The apartment had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to staples (coffee, sugar) and even some toiletries (sunscreen and bug spray). Eileen was also one of the most responsive helpful hosts we've come across (loved her tips!). The only thing that was less than ideal was the nighttime noise (from the front bedroom particularly) on our first night because of its closeness to the road. With a fan or the AC going the noise was manageable and we slept great after that! We hope to get back to San Juan again and will definitely stay at this place. It was close to everything we wanted to visit and we loved being able to walk to restaurants and bars ( fun night at La Panchanga!) Thanks Eileen!

Eddie was a great host! Very responsive and super helpful. The place itself was beautiful and clean, as advertised. The only downside at all is that the area itself is a bit noisy. The place is in an industrial area and sits above a store, so there is some noise from traffic/trucks and the comings and goings of people. Overall, a great place to stay and a fantastic host!

I had a great stay at this unit. Jose is very responsive and all around great host! 10/10!! Also so many food and activity options in walking distance or a quick $5-$10 Uber

If you’re looking for a get away definitely consider booking this place great experience wouldn’t ask for anything more.

We enjoyed our stay at Karli’s ocean villa within the Wyndham resort. The pool was conveniently located close to the condo and there were beautiful ocean views from the terraces. We were able to enjoy the restaurants at the hotel but actually preferred the ocean villas pool which was cleaner, quiet, and larger than the hotel pool. There was ample space in the condo for our family of five. Karli responded quickly throughout our stay. There was also a caretaker who helped us with check in. I would recommend Karli’s place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay with all the amenities of home!

This Airbnb is an excellent choice for a family of 5-6. The penthouse view is absolutely stunning, offering an unobstructed panorama of the beach that is truly unmatched in the area. While some aspects of the condo are a bit dated, the incredible views and overall accommodations more than make up for it, especially for the Carolina region. During our stay, there was an island-wide power outage starting at 6 AM on New Year’s Eve, which lasted until we left the next day at 3 PM. This was beyond the host’s control, as most of the island was affected. Thankfully, the condo building had a backup generator, so the elevator and lobby remained operational. However, the unit itself did not have a generator, leaving us without electricity, AC, or hot water during that time. The host was extremely accommodating, allowing us both an early check-in and a late checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Despite the unforeseen challenges, we enjoyed our time and would recommend this place for its views!

Perfect location close to Luquillo beach, Los kioskos, and El Yunque. Beautiful condo that felt like home with the most breathtaking views. Mandy is a wonderful host. Very responsive and helped with recommendations. Would stay again 100%.

Don’t think twice about booking Tania’s place! It was my husband and I’s first time in PR and it was amazing! So much to do and such a beautiful island! Tania’s place was more than we could ask for! The location is great! I do recommend getting a car to get around and make the most out of your trip. Parking is included in the stay so you don’t have to worry about parking. Tania was very accommodating with checking in and out. I was very thankful for that. The place was clean and beautiful. She includes beach chair , towels, and cooler which saved us some money and made it easy for us to have a relaxing day at the beach. I cannot wait to come back to PR and stay here again!

This rental was perfect! Gated community was a nice peace of mind. Private beach with shallow water and calm waves compared to red flag on Playa Azul just down the road. Condo was super clean and decorated cute. Balcony faces lush rainforest, not other condos! Rooftop terrace was the perfect end of the day relaxation. Extra amenities like the beach chairs and boogie boards were a hit with the kids. 10/10. Would stay here a full week next time.

Loved the location. we did not have a car so it was nice to be in a happening neighborhood. I especially loved the very quick walk to the beach. We booked a tour for El Yunque and could walk to the pick up spot. Thanks for the coffee and decaf! Nice to have a cup before starting the days adventures. I really appreciated Josem’s quick replies to my questions.

We loved our stay at Rose’s beach villa. It had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing beach vacation. We loved having both the beach and pool as an option. Rose had an umbrella and beach chairs (no sand toys for kids) and the pool had a kiddie pool that was only 1-2 feet deep. Perfect for our 3 year old. The villa grounds were very secure and we felt totally safe. It was a very short walk to the beach as advertised! The villa was clean and looked like the photos. One room is larger with plenty floor space and the other room had a decent amount of floor space too. We loved our stay!!! Thank you Rose!

Perfect location. Great swimming pool and overall wonderful apartment complex. The unit had everything I needed and was in great condition.
