Lise was very welcoming and organized everything for our little baby. The apartment is very nicely decorated, very clean and close to the city center! In addition, the parking is right next door and very convenient! Really perfect.

We have enjoyed 12 days holiday/bike stay based in the apartment. The apartment corresponds to the description - well-maintained, very clean and had the necessary necessities. The terrace was perfect and communication with the owner was caring and easy - we felt very welcome. We felt very welcome and highly recommend the place. We'd love to come again.

What an absolutely stunning place to be in Aix-en-Provence! Great location, wonderful accommodations and the private, outdoor patio was just perfect to spend time in when not out and about. Excellent! Hope to be back soon.

Super small accommodation in the heart of the old town in a lively area while remaining a very quiet apartment in terms of noise

Very centrally located apartment with rooms and balcony to a tranquil courtyard. Free parking is about 5 minutes away. The apartment is functionally furnished and has a nice kitchen. The apartment is on the upper floor. We recommend the apartment.

A very nice place in the hot weather. We were able to enjoy the patio and the space that stay fresh. The accommodation is also very quiet stout being central. Ideal for the festival! Thank you also for the flexibility which allowed us to enjoy without logistics until Sunday night! 😊

We had a wonderful stay in Shaun and Eric's apartment. It was spotless and free of clutter. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the appliances are top-notch. Although there are only two air conditioning units (one in the living room/kitchen area and the other in the hallway leading to the back bedrooms, the air conditioning is effective to cool all the rooms. It was quite hot while we were there and we occasionally used one of the three fans as a supplement to the AC, but never felt uncomfortable for a moment. Shaun and Eric were incredibly responsive when we had a problem with one of the showers. They had a plumber out immediately and within hours he had installed a new set of faucets and we were back in business. We've spent several weeks in Aix at two other apartments and like this location the best. It is close to the outdoor markets and to the Cours Mirabeau yet it is very quiet. We couldn't have been happier. This was our second stay here and will not be our last.

We had simply the perfect week in this truly lovely triplex apartment ! We felt so at home immediately. The apartment is beautifully decorated and with direct access both to the wonderful garden (and with it the fantastic swimming pool and tennis court ) and the special roof terrace with an incredible view of Aix en Provence and the mountains in the distance, it simply could not have provided us with a more relaxing and happy stay. The hosts were very kind and helpful and the whole week could not have gone any smoother. We would love to have the opportunity to stay again! Thank you so much, we could not recommend it highly enough.

We stayed for 1 weeks in this accommodation in Le Pontet which is well located for visiting the surroundings of Avignon. The listing matches the description (nothing missing) The neighborhood is quiet. The car is a must as the shops are not close. Hélène is attentive and extremely helpful ( she did not hesitate to return us, at her expense, forgotten personal belongings) Hélène is attentive and discreet. The pool is a plus. We are so happy we chose this place. It was perfectly located in the heart of downtown but very peaceful (thick stone walls, excellent glazing). The apartment is charming and well equipped. Also there were basics like salt, pepper, herbs etc so I didn’t have to go to the supermarket! The host was incredibly helpful and proactive, and there were fab recommendations for restaurants and bars - one of which became our favourite hangout. It was 38 degrees the entire week of our stay and the apartment was cool thanks to the stone walls and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Special word for the host Clara who was exceptionally helpful for our arrival and departure. If you like independent travel that feels like you’re living like a local in the heart of town, this apartment has it all. The outside terrace is a lovely shady spot to relax in and very comfortable. It quickly became my nap spot. Hope to be back.

Cécile offers a comfortable, well-appointed, pleasant to live studio that allowed us to fully enjoy our early fall stay. We easily communicated with her through the rbnb platform. We recommend this place, the value for money is fair to us.
