Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Caddo lake

The water pressure and hot water was point on with a house of 10 folks. There was enough space for the young adults to talk amongst themselves without being with the older ones. Yet enough space between the kitchen/dining and living room for us to still fellowship together. The neighborhood was quiet enough and close enough to whatever we had planned.

Loved our stay at Sheila’s! 10/10 would recommend. Gorgeous home, super clean, very comfortable. She was very responsive and friendly. Plenty of space to relax. Lovely neighborhood and very easy to get to. Jacuzzi tub and an outdoor hot tub… amazing!! I would absolutely stay again :)

So grateful for the flexible check in time! Our hosts were super responsive and gave great information. The home decor was really impressive, they leaned in to the vintage vibes and it really took me back in time. The big beautiful backyard was perfect for our active pup, of all the spots we stayed during this cross country journey, this was by far her favorite. Lots of great food nearby. We could easily work and rest in this home. Glad we decided to spend our extra night here too. We felt totally safe the entire time. I wouldn’t change much about the place, nice layout for larger groups, we would have loved a bigger bed but it was a very comfy stay. Thank you!

This is a great neighborhood in Shreveport. Great place for my family to stay while visiting friends and family on Shreveport .

My only complaint is theirs a wasp nest somewhere in the house and the closet door was broken. Other than that we’re pleasantly please with our stay and considering doing it again next time when we’re down that way

This neighborhood was a very nice family oriented neighborhood, peaceful and easy to get to. She was kind enough to send us a notice that the Mardi Gras parade was gonna be running so we wouldn’t get stuck in that traffic. We also had an issue with the door lock and she was right on it right there to help us! Will stay there again if in the area.

Catalina's place was very clean and quiet. I would recommend her home to my friends and family.

Exactly what we expected. The loft was small but cheap, nice and clean and decorated cute. The property is located a short walking distance to all downtown Jefferson has to offer. Our stay was nice and peaceful and we would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay

The decor was amazing, access was easy and staff was friendly and responsive. Only issue is the area around. Upon arrival we noticed shady looking individuals watching us as we circled the property. Thankfully, there was rear parking that made us feel safer.

This has been one of the most pleasant trips I’ve had. From the time I walked in I felt right at home, the place was just as described and to be honest the pictures doesn’t do this place its true justice. Very comfortable and cozy and this will definitely be my go to place when in Shreveport.

Loved everything about Brooklyn’s place. Perfect for our girls trip. We got massages, facials and haircuts. Everything was located very close by. Hive coffee shop is close by also and we loved it.

This location was perfect for my needs. It was about a 15 minute drive to Shreveport and located in a quiet little condominium neighborhood. Due to lots of unexpected weather, Sage and I communicated frequently, and she and her husband were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful! The property itself was wonderfully decorated, and the outside patio was great for my cat! As a solo female traveler I felt safe here.
