We were greeted with great affection. My family is big and Nivalda managed to accommodate us very well. The bedding was clean and smelly. My children loved the place because it is a farmhouse, there are chickens, oxen behind the house. Very nice! Thank you from my heart for taking care with us.

We loved the house, went with a family for a 5-day stay, because it was December, the peak of the summer, we felt a lot of heat, we suggested air conditioning in the rooms, there is a ceiling fan and we took one more, but it was still very hot. We did not know the place, for those who go from Vitória-ES to the site we suggest that you first throw the location of the city center and then the location, the direct path of the GPS leads to a very bad place to pass. The place is very nice and pleasant, we made family photos, there is a waterfall practically in the backyard of the house, to hear the noise of the waters, the pool was scheduled for cleaning, so we had a swimming pool always clean, in addition to the maintenance that was done during the stay.

Bruna always responded with agility, the house is great and the pool is certainly a differential. The house has everything you need to stay. We had some setbacks but Bruna resolved on readiness. I recommend and we will return.

All necessary appliances, super well assembled house,everything you need,even the beach chairs! It is between Castelhanos and Ubu ,near Iriri ,each day on a beach . Very nice spacious accommodation. It feels like very quickly like at home. Extraordinary view of the bay. many animals in the garden including 2 arrares who come to visit you. The pool terrace, some bindings to review.

Laurinda is thoughtful and kind. It immediately answers any questions and sends notices of events happening in the area. The house is cute. The pictures are perfect and describe in detail. The tank area is much bigger than it looks. Super recommend! I'll be back for sure!

The hostess is wonderful in every aspect and even prepared a delightful surprise on our arrival that has already impressed us positively from the first few minutes. It's difficult to find such kindness in one person. The house is new and everything works well! Downtown has the kitchen cup (which includes dining table and a fluffy children's table with 4 chairs) and the gourmet area with an amazing balcony with various hammocks and beautiful wooden furniture where we made all our meals. It has a wood-burning stove, barbecue and a large granite sink. Annex to the kitchen there is a toilet, a men's bathroom, a female and a complete service area. The kitchen is super equipped (stove top glass, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, all types of containers and utensils). The suites are great, with ceiling and floor fan, with top bedding! There is a suite on the ground floor, close to the balcony and another at the top. Great bathrooms (size and layout). Everything is extremely clean and well decorated!

I and my family spent a 6-day period of carnival in this house , all very good !! perfect location, clean house and smells. the hostess always keeping contact with us at all times. we feel at home , I don't have the complain. we will return more often for sure!!!

We love Pedro's house. This was the fourth time we have been there and we intend to go back. The house is great for being with large family or among friends. The beach with the chestnut trees and all the infrastructure is perfect!

The house is great, it has everything you need to stay, the beds are good, it has pillows, it just doesn't have bedding. The kitchen is complete, you will clean the pool and the furnishings all in good condition. The town is perfect, only 2 minutes walk to the beach. The surrounding prasis are very good and have kiosks with delicious food. The only point to consider is that in the beach area it does not have many options to go out at night, at least in low season, but it is a matter of walking 7 km by car to find very good restaurants and snack bars, nothing that would make me regret staying on the spot.

staying in the hibiscos is an experience of immersion in nature: playa, fruit trees, ornamental plants, birds, butterflies and lagoon. all in the same propriedades for who wants to enter their communion. you can pick fruits from all the trees, on a land that, we estimate, has 150 X 200 meters. it is 15 minutes from supermarkets, tents and restaurants; we go out only once, to see the red cliffs, some km south. the corner market is very well planned. the sea is safe, active and with poor people on the beach (and how many walk by, say hello, no exception). the house is solar powered. the kitchen is perfectly equipped and the rooms are spacious and high ceilings. the host is very kind and gave us a generous tour of their plantations. ask and they are given

Everything was spotless. The house is perfect, cozy, not wanting to leave it. The gourmet area is phenomenal. The view, the table, is perfect for family meals. I have nothing to complain about or add. My family and I were delighted. I would like to thank Marcela's hospitality, who has always been kind and polite since when we booked. We'll be back from ctz! ❤️

I was already in this place last year 2024, and I came back this year again,for having met my expectations and need... the location is easy access and safe. we went to work and use the house only to bathe and rest for a while, but I am planning to go for a walk and enjoy more of the house and beaches of Anchieta . Daniel and the other host who forgot the name rsrs super good people. accommodates 5 guests,de boa grateful ☺️

Roberto was an excellent host, quick communication and they got us all the questions right away. Also praise Patrícia, a housekeeper who was helpful at all times. Regarding the house, everything was correct, check in and check out times, the house is super complete and has all the utensils that need to be used in a beach house, not to mention the infra it offers(barbecue, sauna, swimming pool, TV room, etc.). The house is in a gated community with 24-hour concierge, super safe that has its own leisure area as well( swimming pool, sand court, football field, barbecue). We'll definitely be back. 10

The kit is a cute, a lot of green area, we can easily find with the host's tips. She was very kind and welcomed us as family members. The environment was clean and very receptive. The beach is beautiful and close to the house. Bora 10, we will definitely return as we feel at home. Congratulations!
