Both Elena and Fernando are fantastic hosts and have been on the lookout and answered our questions quickly. The house is fantastic as described in the post and with everything needed for a family weekend. The surroundings, with its paths through the countryside for walking and for those who like the tranquility is wonderful.

It's been a wonderful stay. The house is great and has everything. Great hosts, had anything basic necessities for the house ready, and even greeted us with delicious muffins. They were very attentive at all times and even allowed us to stay longer. The location of the house is very good. Thank you very much for everything, at heart. We will definitely be back.

Since we made the reservation, Elena has been attentive to any questions you may have had. Very friendly, and everything from check-in to check-out time, perfect. The house is super clean and manicured. The paddle court in perfect condition. Everything was great. We will repeat for sure, Graciaass.

The house and pool were excellent, ideally located for accessing the town and for exploring more of the local area either on foot or in the car. The house was very clean and well equipped. Luis Manuel was a perfect host and we were very grateful to be offered alternative accommodation after the original property was affected by flood damage.

We really liked the house,it's very practical and cozy, it's not missing detail. The cleanliness was very good, so it should be everywhere and unfortunately it is not. (a ten to the cleaning staff). The house is de ten, no more to say. The enclave is of paradise Españo, which will undoubtedly bring us back. Finally, I'd like to thank Candido for his kindness in messages and Javier, who was already waiting outside the house. He was a great kid, kind, polite and ready to help with any questions or concerns. Forgive for the long comment,but when people work well you have to say it. Best regards Javier and see you next time.

We spent a few days at Maria José's house and the truth is that the house was not missing any details, it's a pity that the dates were not the best to enjoy the beautiful pool that it has, the house is amazing, better than as described in the photos on the page, to return!!

Hi! We've been at Veronica's for a couple of days and felt like we had been at our house. From the beginning, very attentive to see how the trip was going or if we had any problems when we arrived. This attention is greatly appreciated. The house was very clean, something that we appreciated many when going with little ones that crawl on the ground. The kitchen with everything you need and more, oil, coffee, infusions, very rich cookies, salt, etc. that is greatly appreciated. Spacious, clean, bright rooms and nineteen towels. Even a hair dryer! Definitely, when we return to Barco de Ávila we will go to Veronica's house! 4min walk to a children's playground and shops to buy. Thanks Veronica for your attention!

Spacious house, clean. With good sleeping mattresses. The kitchen has everything you need except the oven. Patio area with gas barbecue to enjoy as a family. In the garage area there is an entertainment area with foosball ,Diana, tables with chairs, and also a bowl to put in the drink and have it very fresh. The surroundings are very nice with outdoor activities and hiking trails. It is also near several villages to visit. In the village you have a Udaco and bakery.

Joana was an excellent host, always attentive answering our doubts and sending us a lot of information about events, activities… The house is perfect for a large group because it has all the comforts possible and is perfectly equipped. 100% recommended!

Maria Angeles is a very nice woman. She is extremely warm and wants you to feel welcome. The rooms were nice and you have plenty of space. Very good and secure neighborhood.

The house, despite being very old, is very clean. It has two kitchens with two refrigerators and a separate freezer, it has all kinds of cooking utensils, two large Italian coffee makers. The pool is very clean and the lawn is very cared for. Inside the house we barely made life, we were always out since it's summer. I definitely recommend the house and would love to go back.
