Apartment in the heart of Ensanche de Tetuán, on a street full of shops of all kinds. Good restaurants nearby. Just a few minutes walk from the entrance to the medina, bus station, taxi stand at the gate. Great location. The apartment was clean and equipped as described. Taieb was very helpful with us and we are very grateful to him. 100% recommended.

We stayed in Omar's apartment as a group of four people and our experience was excellent in every aspect. From the first contact, Omar proved to be an attentive, friendly and very professional host. He responded quickly to our inquiries and provided us with all the necessary information to get in and get around the area. The apartment is modern, spacious and tastefully decorated. Everything was impeccably clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Both the living room and the rooms were perfect for a group like ours as the space is so well taken advantage of. Another great point in favor of the apartment is its excellent location. The location is great, right in the historic center. This allowed us to explore the main points of interest on foot, enjoy the area and have restaurants, cafes and shops just a few steps away.

Excellent welcome! And in a beautiful apartment in residence, with a very well maintained swimming pool. Our host really did a lot to make us feel good. We are quiet with beautiful mountain views that we enjoy on the terrace. At 200-300 meters there is a good cafe restaurant and a hanoute where you can find everything you need, even vegetables. And a 2-minute drive away is all the services and other good restaurants. In short, a real pearl and a real favorite! Thanks so much!

Location of the house is perfect, everything is nearby: beach is within 10 minutes walking distance and in addition various shops and restaurants nearby. Amazing Stay in a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this fantastic villa and had an incredible experience. The house is enormous, with four spacious bedrooms that provided more than enough space for our family. The location is perfect, nestled in a safe and tranquil neighborhood. The host was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view from the villa. We could see the beach just a few meters away, and the sight was breathtaking. The beach itself is pristine and easily accessible, making it perfect for morning walks and relaxing afternoons. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to return!

My stay at Khadijah’s place was fantastic. From the start, the check-in instructions were super clear, which made everything smooth. The villa itself was spotless, with cozy and stylish furniture, and the kitchen had everything I needed. But the real highlight was the terrace—it’s such an inviting space where you can just relax and take in the Mediterranean views. It felt like a true escape, so peaceful and rejuvenating. I absolutely recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

Location location location! You can’t find a closer place to the beach than this one. The place is very spacious with many rooms and Mohammed is super friendly host who made sure we had an amazing stay. We had to book more nights because this place just kept calling our names to stay.

L'appartement est bien situé, dans un environnement calme avec quelques cafés à proximité et bien situé également près des zones de grands taxis pour aller de Tétouan à Martil (6 dirhams). Il n'est pas très loin du quartier espagnol et marocain, accès facile à pieds à la Place Moulay El Mehdi via les avenues (Hassan I, Mohamed V), Feddan parc (avenue alger) et au palais royal via les différentes entrées de la médina ou autres avenues permettant de voir des marchés locaux aux légumes, aux viandes, aux poissons et fruits secs. Cet appartement est vraiment spacieux et confortable et possède tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi, d'autant plus que Abdel est une personne très réactive et bien veillante qui de bons conseils et qui gère les moindres petits soucis qui pourraient survenir à l'intérieur ou extérieur de l'appartement avec son associé. Je ne peux que recommander ce superbe appartement à 100 %, c'est l'appartement à choisir les yeux fermés ! :)

La casa está muy bien situada, te permite conocer diferentes partes de la ciudad y poder volver con facilidad para refrescarte y descansar. Está limpia, la cama es cómoda y la terraza tiene unas bonitas vistas. Jonathan es muy amable y atento, te ayuda desde el principio y con todo lo que necesites, con una buena y rapida comunicación. Recomiendo alojarse aquí.

Casa Lucas is incredible! What a beautiful authentic space to stay in while exploring Tétouan—all the modern amenities are included in this space perched at the heart of the timeless Medina of the Andalusian-styled town of Tétouan. The interior decorations of the building are also just very distinctive and stimulating, beyond being functional. Naouful is also a wonderful host, extremely responsive and helpful. Wish we had more time at the Casa Lucas and I sure hope to return soon!!

Excellent place and really peaceful for a short disconnect vacation, the beach is just in front , nice and safe place , the kids enjoyed the place , recommended for family and sure we will be back again :)

Hasan's place is perfectly located for a sea holiday. The residence is 100 m from the beach. A sandy beach and clear water (Club Med didn't settle there for no reason;)). The apartment is very good. The view is beautiful. The residence's swimming pool is also very good. As for Hassan, he was very responsive to all our requests and was very helpful when our son became ill. In short, positive things. Thank you Hassan!
