place was as discribed. looked new and well kept. complete , mindful when we said we’d have kids. even provided bathrobes for them coz there’s a pool, a thoughtful gesture 🙂 thanks Ronie! most of the furniture were Ikea, nice and organized, losts of beds. really cozy, we slept really well. keep in mind that the way in and out is steep, but was doable even with a full packed van 👍🏼

We stayed at Unit B. The unit was great and very spacious! Perfect for groups! The staff are very helpful and accommodating. If you decide to leave your car and commute, walking in the back area near Victoria's Bakery is the best option, as lots of taxis pass by that area. We are looking forward to staying at Lulu's place again when we travel back to Baguio!

The place looked even more beautiful than the photos. The caretaker was extremely friendly. Big house, big rooms and more than enough beds for all of us and big surroundings too! More importantly, walkable to session road, burnham park and more. We visit the city yearly, sometimes twice a year and this is by far the best place we have stayed at in Baguio. Highly recommended! ❤️

We arrived late which was kindly accommodated. The house is really spacious with a pool room too. Location is a little out of town but then that means its quieter.

The place is same as what is listed. It is clean and spacious and easy to be located. Commuting is no problem as you can easily get a taxi along highway. No need for fan as it is already very cold especially at night. The wifi is fast but just within the living room and dining/ kitchen area. There's weak to no wifi at all when you already inside the bedroom. Other than that everything is great. Thank you!

My family recently stayed here and was impressed, the loft was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and great shower (with heater). May malapit na store, kumpleto kitchen appliances, Although their location was a bit far from the town, accessible naman at madali tandaan, alam din ng mga taxi driver kapag sinabing " Parisas". Sir Michael and his wife were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Ms Holly's place is great for big groups going to Baguio, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view from the balcony. The rooms were spacious and exactly like how they look in the pictures, and Kuya Dodong was so helpful in helping us feel right at home. Ms Holly was very responsive and accommodating to my many questions, so thank you for that. On top of everything, the place is such a steal, so many rooms and beds at such a great price!

My nephew said "Wow" upon entering! It is spacious, clean, comfy, decor and all amenities are working great - heating, internet, TV, water dispenser especially the awesome balcony with a super great view! It had 2 comfort rooms with 2 showers. Complete kitchen and comfy beds and couch! This is for a family of 5 to 6 We stayed 2 nights and is great! Preferrably a car that can navigate steep streets but jeep and taxi are plenty. Nearby shops too. A little bit far from city center but a GEM of a great stay in Baguio!

we had a great vacation as we found the perfect place for 2 families totalling 12 in our party. we had ample place to hang around. when we decided to cook dinner on our last night we found everything in place in the kitchen except for the rice cooker but our friend knew how to cook rice via stove so no worries. we did BBQ night and grill was very helpful. cleaned up with a new dishwasher machine. place was quiet by 10 and this was one of our best stays in Baguio.

Super nice ng place and very professional si Doc Tony. Maaga kame nakarating sa Baguio and pumayag siya agad na mag early check in which is very convenient samen and we dont need to wait since may bata din kameng kasama.

My family had a great time at this place from Dec 30 to Jan2 .It feels like home away from home.The caretakers Josie and Cristian are very kind and helpful.I would go back to this place.

Feels like we were in another country due to the self check-in honesty system as we don't need to be received by an actual person since we were quite late when we arrived. Ms. Brendally immediately responds and takes action whenever we have concerns. All of our families are able to have our own privacy because the place has many rooms. We thought there was no living area because of the old photos, but lo and behold, there was already designated living room with couches and sofas. Plenty of chairs and tables as expected in the photos. We were able to bond a lot with the kids in the 1st floor. Complete kitchen amenities and we were able to cook our own meals during our stay. There is also a a nice table with chairs at the 3rd floor which can be setup as an office area. Fast internet connection per floor. Very near the Blessed Sacrament Convent where we visit our Pink Sister aunt so we hope that this will already be our Baguio home away from our homes in our succeeding Baguio visits. :-)
