Jessica place was exactly as described. I love fajardo loved how friendly and beautiful the neighborhood is. Jessica was very attentive and helpful my first day when giving me additional directions on how to get to her place through the town two ways to get to her home I personally found Route 976 very easy way there. I will definitely book her again for sure. If you are looking for a place near luquillo and great restaurant this is your place 100 percent. Thank Jessica for sharing your beautiful home with us❤️

This is your sign to just book it. Words cannot do justice to just how amazing this place is!! It is steps from the beach, the town is walkable, and the house has everything you need to make all of that even better. My toddler son LOVED playing with the beach toys and running around in the back yard. The house comes with plenty of towels, beach toys and chairs, and AC (that we didn’t even need because it was so breezy being right by the water). The host(s) were AMAZING! They communicated through everything and instructions for arriving/leaving couldn’t be more clear. They were also extremely attentive and responsive through all our questions. I am ready to plan my next trip back just based on this property alone. Do it!!!

Excellent private, and quite location with a beautiful view of the ocean. House was very modern and well kept. Nivram & Ginaliz gave great recommendations for our wedding venue that turned out to be one that we chose. Remember....if you go to the nearest Walmart, you have to pay for bags.

I stayed a week and I am very happy we (family of 5) stayed just like it states it’s very cozy very clean and peaceful. I enjoyed every night I spent there she had left games for the teens to play. We had an amazing time and Teresa is very responsive to any questions I had she is very sweet. Thank you Teresa for letting us stay in your lovely cozy home.

Lynne and Omar were great! The house and property are beautiful! We stayed on the top property and loved the view and outside space. It was amazing having breakfast in the outdoors every morning and coming back to relax in the hammocks. Thank you for having such a beautiful home and providing us with everything we needed during our stay (even beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and ice pack). We loved everything about this Airbnb…bed and sofa were super comfortable. We slept like babies every night. And there was a book in the living room with guidance and a lot of suggestions of what to do all over Puerto Rico. It was perfect ❤️

We can not say enough about staying here! We love spending our family vacation in PR and at this house. The house makes us feel like we are home and it’s very comfortable. Its location is ideal to a lot of activities and not to mention right down the street from La Monserrate Beach. You absolutely want to stay here for your next vacation!!!

Juan is a great host always have been. I have stayed in his other one and the reason I keep coming back is because of how professional he is. Also his Airbnb are always clean and he is always very attentive. The places are close to many beaches and close to the ferry that goes to Vieques or Culebra. Thank you so much Juan for always being a superhost and I will always look foward to always coming back. so in other words if you wanna be close to lots of things to do and Still be close to San juan then look no further trust me when I say you won't regret it and thank me later 😉 .

My stay was amazing! The condo is beautiful, it is renovated and looks brand new! Super clean and the views from all rooms are stunning! Is is a small island off the island which makes it very exotic, yet you are only a 5 minute free ferry away from fajardo. Very accommodating, I had a late flight out and was able to check out later for a small fee. Any question was answered quickly and very kindly! Great hospitality. I will be returning this summer with my family. I highly recommend this Airbnb! Thank you for such a memorable stay 🙏

Super quiet place and Hermoso

Beautiful almost 2 weeks of a solo business retreat! The space was exactly as described and yes the views are spectacular. I needed a spot to get away from the cold and hunker down to get work done. The WIFI, weather, and location was fantastic for what I needed. I chose to not rent a car, opting for using an UBER and it was a good choice. I did take a couple side trips to the SanSe festival and a snorkel/dive excursion to Culebra Island. Quick tip if you choose to Uber in and out- I Highly reccomend placing a pick-up grocery order at the closest Pueblo market. There is an easy website to do this and I set the pick-up time to align with my Uber trip from the airport. It worked pefectly for me. There was a tiny charge for the additional stop. It was wonderful to arrive with all the provisions I needed!

It is a very nice place. It was more than enough room for 7 of us with beautiful ocean views.

Our New Year' Eve stay was definitely one of our best. Peaceful and quiet, hearing the waves, and fireworks (that was our concerned), were heard far away. Pool is clean and perfect. The scenery is beautiful. The apartment is very cozy, clean and organized. The decoration invites you to feel at home. Mike were very responsive and he was always available during our stay. Definitely, is a must place for coming back!

We had a great time at Majestic View in Fajardo, PR! The balcony view was incredible—definitely the best we’ve had at an Airbnb. The host was easy to reach, and check-in was a breeze. We felt secure with the gated entrance and parking. The building has a pool and other common areas, but we didn’t have time to use them. The kitchen was a huge plus since we prefer cooking our own meals. It would’ve been nice to have some basic spices, tea, or oil left behind by previous guests. The binoculars were a fun addition for enjoying the views. The sunrises were beautiful! We ate most of our meals on the balcony, which was awesome. Lounge chairs out there would have been perfect for relaxing or even sleeping! The only downside was the beds. The queen-size sofa in the living room had a saggy mattress, and the full-size bed in the bedroom wasn’t much better. For a short stay, it’s fine, but for longer visits, we’d bring our own mattress. Overall, this place is amazing, and we’ll return again!

Our weekend getaway at Maria's was the best. Her condo has the best modern furnishings, fixtures and decor. It's well stocked with necessities. In fact, her place is one of the best I've stayed! Immediately after booking I received all relevant check-in instructions so it was easy to get in. The location is super and being on the 28th floor gives you beautiful views of islands and marinas. If you're looking to stay you picked the best place at Maria's.

Jessica was extremely responsive and the apartment was beautiful- as described but better! My husband and I as well as our four kids slept comfortably with ocean views. Our only complaint was that washing machine, water, and ac units together are quite loud (as to be expected). But no louder than our four kids! During our stay our family had a medical emergency and we had to leave early. Jessica was extremely helpful, flexible, and kind in helping us exit quickly and getting us to the nearest competent emergency room. Absolutely recommend, family friendly environment.

It was a wonderful experience to stay here during my first Puerto Rican experience. The host Rosa was very generous and understanding. I recommend this listing to anyone who wants an authentic Puerto Rican hospitality!

Carlos’s place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Host was friendly and responsive, location is within 10-15 minutes ride of many beaches and other attractions, a lot of restaurants and bars near by. His recommendations made a trip unforgivable.

Staying here was fabulous! Great location, walkable to some great restaurants and beaches. Dwight made sure the check in instructions were easy and we had everything we needed for an easy stay. So convenient to have laundry, there was even a cooler and beach towels for us! Really recommend staying here.

The view is beautiful , the peace of the waves 😍 is perfect for a few days of rest is great. The hosts were always asking if we needed anything. Super helpful.
