Sarah thought of everything...it's a perfect little treehouse in the sky, with all we needed for our visit.

We loved our stay. The house was super cute and had everything we needed. It was safe and quiet. Loved the king size beds and the Keri coffee. It was close to the village shopping and also NC State. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!

An outstanding stay -- one of the very nicest places I've had on AirBnb. We were six family members in town for graduation at UNC, and we were so comfortable in this beautifully renovated four-bedroom home. Gorgeous wood floors, tons of natural light, updated kitchen and baths, and expansive public areas -- everything spotless and attractively arranged. The country road where it's located is not heavily traveled, yet it's just 12-14 min. from downtown Chapel Hill. We picked up some groceries at the Food Lion just minutes away, and found everything we needed to make a few easy meals. Heather has thought of pretty much everything, including the cordless charging stations for our phones. Bravo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael and Clara's place. The apartment was very clean. It was an efficiency apartment as stated in the listing, but the efficiency kitchen had everything we needed in dishes, cooking utensils and appliances (we had our first experience cooking on an induction range-top). The decorating was very nice, the supplies were ample, and the backyard opened out into trees and a walking trail. The only warning is if you have trouble with stairs, the steps down to the entrance are somewhat steep.

Matt and Dawn's place is very comfortable! The house had ample space and the kitchen was well equipped. The space was comfortable for us and our dog. A dog bed, and bowls were supplied, as was a towel to wipe paws! A toy would have been supplied, but at 15 our old lady is no longer interested. The property is on a cul-de-sac and the back yard is quiet and large. The neighborhood is very walkable. We will definitely be staying there the next time we are in Raleigh!

This is the second d time we have stayed at one of Heathers properties. She communicates well, the property description is accurate and very clean.

Our family had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas in this home. This was the first Christmas we did not celebrate in our house but we felt right at home in this one. There are three levels of AC/Heat controls to allow comfort throughout the house. It was nice having two different options for coffee-brew and K-cups. Although the temperatures were chilly, we were cozy inside the home and enjoyed time by the firepit at night outside. Joel and Matt were very responsive to our questions. We look forward to visiting again!

Very friendly and responsive host. The place was definitely as described as a glamours cottage and the pictures were accurate. Dog friendly which was a very important aspect for us. Great amenities that included everything that we needed. We’d recommend to others.

Myself, my father, and a friend stayed here for a weeekend to get away and really enjoyed the stay. The cabin was secluded, spacious, and extremely clean. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped in and even enjoyed the Christmas decor. You can tell that the host genuinely cares about his guests from the attention to detail and overall experience.
