The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s toddler-friendly, which made things so much easier for us. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, there were snacks and drinks available for purchase via GCash, which really came in handy when we forgot to bring a few things. The location is also very accessible, and there’s a charming little coffee shop just outside. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!

The host was beyond accommodating-communication was smooth, and they even allowed me to extend my stay because my flight was late. That level of thoughtfulness made all the difference! One of the sweetest touches was the welcome letter they prepared for me. It was such a warm and personal gesture that I still have it with me to this day! Little details like this really set the experience apart. Now, let's talk about the place itself-absolutely gorgeous! The loft-style design, with its high ceilings and open space, made it feel luxurious and airy. Plus, they provided complimentary toiletries, which was such a nice touch! This Airbnb truly felt like a home away from home. If by any chance you’re in Butuan and if you're looking for a beautiful space with an amazing host who goes above and beyond, look no further. A modern & Homely Apartment unit

Ms. Rochel was very nice and understandable of my situation. I had several mishaps with the time and had to check-in late, and she was always available for my updates. She still greeted me with smiles and helped me get in even at 8pm (which was pretty late in the province). The place was very warm and cozy with nice furnitures, and had ample space for the rooms. All necessities were provided and it even came with complimentary treats. I had no problem getting in and out of the compound. And the best part is, it is very close to the airport (just 10-15 minutes away) - which was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Overall, a nice and relaxing experience. Would definitely come back and stay again at her place. 😊

What we love about this airbnb is that it is very peaceful, clean and beautiful surroundings! The care taker was also very friendly and responsive. The room was also spacious and has free netflix (the best hehe)! Love the back terrace also because it has green trees and leaves! 💗
