We spent 5 days exploring Paris, and Dales apartment made a perfect base. Comfortable with everything you need. An easy walk to the metro, local bars and restaurants. highly recommend.

We had a wonderful one-week stay here. The house corresponded exactly to the description and is an experience in itself with beautiful, detailed furnishings, almost like a small museum. There was definitely enough space for the 8 people in our group and everyone especially loved the roof top terrace. It's located nice and quiet with everything needed within reach though and just a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station, parking on the street in front of the house worked fine too. Delphine and Guillaume were great hosts attentively staying in touch and helping wherever needed. Thank you very much & all the best!

Very good stay, I love the neighborhood where it is, with a great market, bakeries, magazines and restaurants and the metro not far away and the owners are very nice, they help a lot and let you feel comfortable.

Wahiba is a super host very attentive to the quality of your stay, the apartment is very quiet, the ideal location close to 2 metro stations that serve the tourist places in a direct way. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment is extremely clean. Wahiba is a very responsive host. I'll come back and I recommend it 1000%

A superb place to stay in a very good area. The apartment is very well furnished with lots of the hostess's treasured items from her travels.Bed very comfortable and apartment in a very secure complex. Metro very near by and area very good to walk around( including easy walk to Bois Vicennes)

Small studio with everything you need for a few days stay. Everything worked fine; check-in, bathroom kitchen. Comfortable bed. Breakfast could be better and healthier in a city like Paris. Lots of biscuit things wrapped in plastic. On the other hand, nice with a Nespresso machine. Lovely neighborhood. And recommended.

The stay went very well. Accommodation very well located and functional. The rate was very high (€150 per night) and I find it unfortunate to see that today it is offered at €82/night. Since the listing is located on the 5th floor, when the elevator breaks down, it loses value. (This was the case during my stay). Another downside also on the heavily worn plates, which gives them a dirty look. One last bemol on the absence of a shower (but a bathtub), not clearly indicated in the advertisement. (It didn't bother me too much but for someone with some concerns it could be a problem) Excellent communication. Very clean apartment. I recommend but not at the price charged.

This is a fantastic property as you found it.The owner and the support and response are great.The area was peaceful and centrally located, and we had a relaxing time at home.I stayed at a property centered on Les Hall, which was the best.I want to book again next time.Thank you very much.

I already stayed at Margaret's place and felt straight away at home. Big room, big bathroom with bathtub, desk to work and garden view, a gem in the heart of Vincennes so close to Paris by M1. Highly recommend.

We stayed there for one night to go to Disney. We were hosted by the host very well. The bedroom as well as the common areas are very well decorated and perfectly clean. We slept very well in excellent bedding.(little extra , it was dark in the room thanks to the shutters). I would highly recommend it for hosting our hosts (including chat) and great value for money ✨
