Dale and Gilles were the perfect hosts. Dale was proactive in communication; he was exceptional in his meet and greet. The place is even more amazing than the pictures show. I stayed there with my wife and 6-year-old child. They provided tea, coffee, yogurts, and fruit for our child, and so much more. They had full cooking facilities to prepare a nice meal, which we did. Dale provided us with many suggestions for places to visit. He was very friendly and approachable. The location was something I was unsure about when booking, having not been to this area previously, but trust me, this is a lovely neighborhood, safe to walk around at night, which I did on many occasions. There are plenty of cafes,McDonald's, KFC, and a bakery a 2-minute walk away where we bought fresh croissants every day. The distance from the M9 metro is around a 6-minute walk, really easy to find. The metro takes you on a direct route to the Eiffel Tower in around 30 minutes, €2.50 each way. Can't wait to go back

it's a very nicely furnished and comfortable house, with tons of space and very high end appliances and TV. the hosts were very responsive. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was for sure the best experience we've had. The apartment is super cozy and at the same time quite spacious, with a separate bedroom and living room. It is located in a great district that is a pleasure to explore and get a feeling of real Paris without too many tourists. Two metro lines within 1-minute walking distance to get to all the tourist attractions you could imagine :) Anne Sophie is a great host, she was responsive, gave us tons of local recommendations, and provided all the necessary instructions. She cares about her guests and it feels in every detail. Anne Sophie made our trip unforgettable and we definitely would love to be her guests again :)

Adrian's place is perfectly lovely! It suits single travellers and couples, being centrally located to lots of gorgeous streets, shops and restaurants. The bed and bedding was comfortable and great quality. Adrian also caters amazingly for coffee lovers! The fresh fruit, wine and chocolates on arrival were such a generous and kind touch. I will certainly stay again! Thank you.

Alexandre's apartment was perfect for our 5-day stay in Paris. It is a beautiful apartment and so close to public transit to get anywhere in the city. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The personal restaurant recommendations are awesome and he is a speedy communicator. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect stay! Alain was incredibly kind and considerate. The room was comfortable and full of charm. The location was very convenient, safe, and quiet, just a three-minute walk from the metro station. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. It was a truly delightful experience, and if I visit Paris again, this would definitely be my top choice for accommodation!

Pascal couldn’t have been more welcoming, engaging and helpful. He’s a wealth of knowledge regarding all things Paris: history, culture, restaurants, etc.; our trip to Paris was enormously enhanced by his helpful recommendations, reflections, and insights. In short, he’s a cultural touchstone unto himself. The apartment was delightful and quirky…an apt reflection of its host. We especially enjoyed the petit-déjeuner with homemade preserves, bread and yogurt. We’ll be back!

We absolutely loved being guests of Morgan’s! He is such a wonderful host and always made sure we had what we needed and provided a beautiful breakfast each morning. The location was perfect for getting around the city with ease. The room and bathroom were small but comfortable and had everything we needed. We would love to stay again!

I already stayed at Margaret's place and felt straight away at home. Big room, big bathroom with bathtub, desk to work and garden view, a gem in the heart of Vincennes so close to Paris by M1. Highly recommend.

We stayed there for one night to go to Disney. We were hosted by the host very well. The bedroom as well as the common areas are very well decorated and perfectly clean. We slept very well in excellent bedding.(little extra , it was dark in the room thanks to the shutters). I would highly recommend it for hosting our hosts (including chat) and great value for money ✨

It was my second time staying in this B&B, earlier with my daughter, now with my husband and again it was extremely well liked. Extremely friendly people, nice clean room with lovely shower, tasty and extensive breakfast! Super flexible people! We could check in earlier and were allowed to leave our bags on the last day to pick them up before departure. Really nice! By metro, you can reach all the sights in Paris within half an hour and Notre-Dame can even be reached by a kilometer or 4 (40 minutes). Close to the B&B is the large shopping center Italie Deux on Place d'Italie. And there are nice boulangeries nearby and on Fridays and Sundays there is a large fresh market around the corner. A tasteful and at the same time reduced furnished apartment in the 13th arrondissement, located in the quiet district of butte aux cailles. Martine and Karim are wonderful hosts, always very accessible and prepared a first welcome for the arrival. From madeleines and pain au chocolat, coffee capsules and black tea, milk and fresh lemon in the fridge: everything is prepared. The apartment is perfect for a weekend or extended stay in Paris.
