It was so nice to be so close to the center of Paris in this place where I felt at home far from home. It felt like a cottage in the countryside where we completely unwinded after the adventures in the city. And then it was a small party to see the art of Dale and others hanging and also browsing the bookcase full of interesting books. I'd love to come back. Also to the fine tips of Dale from the surroundings of the city and also Montreuil itself. Just reason to come back for it. And pet Misty. What a beautiful hostess that is!

Everything was perfect, true to the photos. The hosts were very nice and we had a great weekend. It was just beautiful. And the place is perfect for a romantic evening with your partner.

Great location near a popular pedestrian street with many great restaurants. The building has an elevator and the terrace is a nice plus. Quiet and private, there’s an Alexa you can use (it’s in French but I was able to speak to it in English) and she provides wine, sparkling water, tea and coffee. Bridgette also was accommodating with checkin/checkout. And if you are lucky, you will meet her little dog who is super cute! Great place overall!

This was for sure the best experience we've had. The apartment is super cozy and at the same time quite spacious, with a separate bedroom and living room. It is located in a great district that is a pleasure to explore and get a feeling of real Paris without too many tourists. Two metro lines within 1-minute walking distance to get to all the tourist attractions you could imagine :) Anne Sophie is a great host, she was responsive, gave us tons of local recommendations, and provided all the necessary instructions. She cares about her guests and it feels in every detail. Anne Sophie made our trip unforgettable and we definitely would love to be her guests again :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria's. The flat is very charming and located in a great area, about 5 minutes from the Metro and a great boulangerie. Victoria was on hand for every question and was very accommodating with our check-in and check-out. Highly recommend Victoria's place for a weekend or longer in Paris

I have stayed for three weeks in Eva's place for a business trip. She is very kind, responsive, and helpful. I really like her place as it has everything I needed and also is very clean. I will stay at her place whenever I visit Paris. Thank you Eva for everything!

The space was clean and more spacious than what I saw in the photos, and the kitchen was equipped with almost everything you need to cook simple meals, so I was able to stay comfortably like at home. It was conveniently located to get around Paris by subway and it was safe. The host was friendly and responded quickly to inquiries. Recommended as a place to stay for a trip to Paris.

We had a great week exploring Paris from Alexandre's place. The description is accurate. It is surprisingly quite area for being so close to great dining and shops. The building is old and as such sound does travel from other suites. We enjoyed wine on the balcony in the sun (nice that it gets afternoon sun). Bernard welcomed us and gave us some tips on some things to see and local recommendations were in the suite along with some welcome treats!. We would stay again without hesitation.

I had such a pleasant stay at Alain’s! He is the sweetest and most helpful person you could find. While I was there my birthday came up and I woke up to the nicest breakfast with strawberry cake. I already stayed at Margaret's place and felt straight away at home. Big room, big bathroom with bathtub, desk to work and garden view, a gem in the heart of Vincennes so close to Paris by M1. Highly recommend.

We greatly appreciated Yann's welcome. The house has a lot of character. We greatly appreciated the exchange with Yann who was attentive to us. The room was perfect, quiet. With a separate bathroom. Our second time at Stephane's listing. The apartment was close to Disneyland Paris, it's a perfect option if you plan to go there.

It was my second time staying in this B&B, earlier with my daughter, now with my husband and again it was extremely well liked. Extremely friendly people, nice clean room with lovely shower, tasty and extensive breakfast! Super flexible people! We could check in earlier and were allowed to leave our bags on the last day to pick them up before departure. Really nice! By metro, you can reach all the sights in Paris within half an hour and Notre-Dame can even be reached by a kilometer or 4 (40 minutes). Close to the B&B is the large shopping center Italie Deux on Place d'Italie. And there are nice boulangeries nearby and on Fridays and Sundays there is a large fresh market around the corner. No complaints about the quality of this charming little apartment in one of the most pleasant neighborhoods in Paris. It was really perfect! Lots of taste, simplicity and comfort. Very functional amenities. An enchanting environment in this peaceful village-like alley. And above all, a sense of welcome and hospitality that overflows with small touches and generosity. I admit that this accommodation perfectly matched my expectations in every way. One word: A BIG THANK YOU to Martine and Karim. I'll be back! 🥰
