A small house with beautiful views directly on the lake. There are many excursions in the area. The host was very nice, available at all times and responded to us quickly. Highly recommended for holidays.

This was our fourth visit to the area and our first time at this apartment. It is now our favourite place to stay. It is so large, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely look to book it again in the future.

An extraordinary place where you can feel close to nature. Delightful cottages, beautiful and spacious, well-equipped. The horse farm was a wonderful experience. We loved the place.

Very peaceful location to stay with a nice big yard for the dogs and the added bonus of some animals wondering around. beautiful surroundings and we were met with a very friend host.

For the three nights that my son, my wife and I stayed in this wondrous townhouse, we felt nothing but comfort and coziness! Not only is the place itself so quiet and almost idyllic, but its location too is laudably strategic. One would indeed go so far as to suggest that every nook and cranny of the place somehow represents the commendable character of its owners. Your friendliness and the hospitality is very much evident in her words as well as in the house that she puts so much effort into. For my family and me personally, the experience has been so memorably unique and full of comfort, and yet there has always been a sense of unconventionality about it all! Had a fantastic stay!! Idyllic house, which felt right at home. Maartje responded quickly and was very friendly. We stayed there for a mid-week with the family (3 children) and had a wonderful time there. Plenty of space, beautiful location and everything was present!

This was a special stay. We had dates in Amsterdam and the Hague but choose to stay outside the city where it was very quiet and tranquil. It was a 30 drive to downtown Amsterdam and the Shiphol airport. Yet it was near other smaller points of interest in the polder land like Edam, Marken, & Volendam. The owners live on site in a separate home which gives this listing a more personal touch. Their horses just outside the cottage provide a country ambiance that was very unique. The cottage itself is well appointed with everything we needed and VERY CLEAN. We have stayed in over 44 Airbnbs in our travels and we HIGHLY recommend this place!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation and were very happy about the numerous guest gifts and treats! We enjoyed the tranquility and nature very much,made many small interesting excursions,only the weather did not play along quite as well,but that is not planable! So an all-around recommended place to stay!

Very great location. The house is very nice with a large garden and has everything you need. I loved that there were many toys for small children in the house. Check-in went smoothly and was very easy. Always happy to come back.

From beginning to end, everything is great, great communication in advance and also during and after the stay! Everything clean and well prepared! Great for a large family/several couples! Highly recommended.

We spend a weekend in the tiny house with three friends. The campsite was wonderfully quiet, we had a private beach. Communication with the host is very easy. Friendly people, flexible on arrival and departure time. We had everything we needed. Interesting to know for the people coming from the Belgian side: GPS may send you past a ferry to reach the campsite.

Really nothing to criticize; very welcoming, cozy house and really everything has been thought of. Please go again!!!!!

Very cosy place in the green, the fire place and the cinema were very welcoming during rainy times. Nice walking areas around, as well as nice restaurants. Very friendly and informative contact. Recommendable!

We had a lovely time in a very beautiful area. Lots of local towns to explore with great restaurants and bars and walks. It was our first foreign holiday with our dog and we all had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed our vacation at Kim‘s home very much. We had enough space and all rooms are beautiful furnished. The little garden was also a nice place to sit and relax after a day at the beach or a walk through beautiful city of Haarlem.

it was the best airbnb we ever stayed! Elisabeth and her husband are very friendly and we felt so comfortable. Everything in the house was very high quality. Such a luxury!

Contact with Merel was easy and open. During our stay responsive when needed but not intrusive. Easy going. Flexible in terms of check in and out. Did her best to let us feel at home. The garden and the seating area is a big plus in this house. Next to the location - near a park (great for the dog) and walking / bike distance of Haarlem centrum. A house with a nice atmosphere!

Cozy and cute place, they even made it christmasy. Had a peaceful trip, nice walking through the woods and a complete kitchen for cooking delicious things. A small village near by with lots of local, cute food and wine shops. Highly recommend if you want to get out of the busy life and find some peace.

We had a great time at Mrs. Leny’s place, everything was clean when we arrived and she was always available when we were communicating with her. Everything there matched the description including a smooth check-in and all the utilities we needed during our stay. Recommended!
