Vacation rentals in Busch Mountain Farm Dam

Booked the place for my colleagues who needed to do work in the area. It was very peaceful for them to be out and about in the garden after a hard day's work. The place is very spacious and clean and had all the necessary items to make their stay comfortable. Thanks for everything Irma.

Went to stay with friends and 3 dogs. Had a fantastic time with large garden for dogs to play and enjoy; lots of cozy beds for all 8 of us; and right across from the river for walks. Walking distance from town although we loved the place so much we barely left! Would highly recommend

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Lika’s house, and we fell even more in love with the spot this time around. We were three couples with small babes. The house is super child friendly and the garden is absolutely out of this world. The new outdoor braai area is of epic proportions. If I didn’t have to leave, I never would. Thank you Lika for sharing your incredible home with us.

We loved staying at Rasberry Cottage at The Berry Guest Farm in the beautiful Hermitage valley in Swellendam! My children summed their stay up beautifully by saying that our two nights at The Berry Guest Farm felt to them like a week’s stay! Over and above the beauty that surrounded us (farm, mountains, forest, river) there was soo much activities to do for us on the farm Such as fishing, canoeing, water slides, 3 ziplines, walks in the enchanted forest incl. A swing bridge over the river and the highlight was the glow-in-the dark walking trial with UV torches through the enchanted forest with our host Henry, his beautiful dogs and the rest of the guests! Henry’s wife Elna ran the restaurant on the farm at the dam where we had the most delicious coffee, warm waffels with homemade berry compote, freshly baked rusks and freshly baked bread for our evening braai at the cottage! Thank you so much for a magical two days, we will surely visit again soon!!

Otters Bend is an amazing cottage for a peaceful break-away weekend. The surrounding farms are so beautiful and the mountain ranges in the background is magnificent. I can 100% recommend this listing. Madré is also a great host and very helpful with any requests.

What a gem! Perfect location offering the best of both worlds - the serenity of a countryside setting and natural surroundings, yet a 5 minute drive into town for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. With breathtaking views of the mountains and farm (complete with horses, sheep, donkeys and more) from your patio, ample birdsong, a spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, well-equipped, cozy cottage with an incredibly comfortable bed and enormous shower - one couldn't ask for more! Nadia is a kind, thoughtful and attentive host...I cannot wait to stay here again :)

An excellent place to stay. Stunnng house with the most beautiful garden. Martin and Michele were great hosts - friendly and informative. We would not hesitate to stay again. Montage is a lovely town.
