We were visiting Aiken for my commencement. Upon arrival I was surprised with the decorations and bubbly in the fridge. Everything was perfect!!! Do not hesitate to book.

This was a very cute spot. Not big but definitely a great place to stay. The interior was staged for a comfortable stay. All details of this unit can be summed up with a congratulations to Shannon who was a very attentive host. I enjoyed my time at this apt. They definitely provided lots of extras including Shampoo and conditioner in very neat bottles.

Highly recommend! My stay at The Broad was exceptional from start to finish! A charming old home, tastefully converted into several private apartments, with a fenced-in back yard. The in-unit laundry, fully furnished kitchen, and large TV with all my favorite streaming apps made me feel right at home. Hosts Jason, Michael and Don made the experience all-the-more enjoyable. Each one checked in during my visit at The Broad, ensuring all of my needs were addressed and were very responsive! If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Augusta area, this place is absolutely perfect! Do yourself the favor of visiting! 12/10!!!

Felt right at home our whole stay. Beautiful interior design and the location is close to everything. We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Elizabeth was very accommodating and understanding when we had an issue with our flight and I really appreciate that. The place overall was in a great location and it was very easy to walk down the road to the restaurants on broad street. Would definitely recommend to others and would love to come back here again.

Cynthia was an exceptional host! The place was beautifully decorated, cozy, and perfect for our family. Our kids absolutely loved it, and it was so peaceful throughout our stay. The free Netflix was a great bonus! Cynthia added a personal touch by introducing herself with a photo and description on the wall, which made us feel very welcome. She also provided a helpful manual with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. A definite 5-star experience—highly recommended! We would gladly stay here again!

Michaela’s place was very clean, warm and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. We stayed here to be close to local a motorcycle race and traveling to and from the track was very easy.

Tammie and Morris were the perfect hosts. We enjoyed our time in their home, and would happily refer others to them.

I love Laura's place. This is my second time staying here. This time I didn't bring any teenagers. It was close to the bowling alley and very cozy. On both occasions that I stayed; the next-door neighbor played his music extremely loud until around 3am in the morning. I texted Amanda and I don't know what she did or said BUT the music was kept to a minimum the rest of the weekend. (I really appreciated that!) I would suggest anyone that comes to Augusta to rent Laura's home. It's close to several restaurant and the neighborhood is very friendly, quiet and clean. Thank you.

Kedene went above and beyond to create a beautiful atmosphere that made my family’s transition to GA seamless. The home is gorgeous with beautiful decorations and perfectly stocked kitchen appliances and amenities. The beds are very comfortable and the home is perfect for long term stays. Kedene was kind and very accommodating to me and my family. I highly recommend.

Hello! For those working in healthcare and looking at a place to stay for Augusta/MCG-Wellstar, this is a great place! I'm a student who stayed for a month and this is my detailed review below Pros: 1. Extremely close to MCG Well-star hospital, walkable distance or a 2 min drive to the parking lots 2. Blazing fast internet speeds for interviews, meetings, and the like 3. Extremely spacious, clean, and all private amenities, with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen 4. Paul and the Owners are extremely kind and accommodating, I ended up mistaking the check out time and they were very patient and understanding 5. Plenty of nearby fast-food options for those like to eat-out alot Cons: 1. The biggest con was likely the street, although narrow, there was still some debris left over from the recent hurricane: I imagine this to not be a problem in the coming months 2. The walls are thin, so you may occasionally hear the neighbors during sleeping hours, but this can be avoided with earplugs

I booked this for my sons first deer hunt; unfortunately his bonus dad has been saying it for years and it hasn't happened. So I found this gem about an hour from us and booked it! Unfortunately he didnt get a deer but had the best time! He got to see a lot of turkey's and some deer but to far to shoot. He even wants to go back, i definitely will be booking again for turkey and deer season. Me as the mom; it was sooo peaceful and relaxing! Thanks josh for an amazing place! We cant wait to be back!

Really nice condo with a nice kitchen and very good bedroom with master bathroom. Quiet neighborhood made it great for sleeping. Just to let Ahmad know his door lock didn’t work and he came over to get it fixed. I thank him a lot for that.

Sam was an incredibly attentive host. The space matched the description perfectly and was spotless. I had no issues during my stay, and communication was seamless. Sam even checked in proactively to ensure everything was going well. When the oven malfunctioned, it was promptly replaced. I highly recommend this place for both short and long-term stays.

The upstairs townhome was great! Appeared as shown. This was a comfortable space for the two of us. Kitchen and living room were a good size with comfortable furniture. Walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. I would recommend this home for future stays!

Sheila’s place is very clean and looks brand new. We were dropping our soldier off for AIT and it accommodated our family of six very well. We were looking for a place to stay last minute and Sheila was very helpful and responsive. The neighbors were really friendly and our kids enjoyed playing with several neighborhood kids outside next to the beautiful golf course.
