This place was a great value with a responsive host who went above and beyond, and even provided amenities not included with the listing. There were other renters (assumed) above which created some noise throughout our stay, especially early in the morning. A lot of noise travels to the lower apartment. I’d recommend this place as the host was great and it was convenient to a lot of places and a great value.

Skeitha is a wonderful host. The unit we rented was as pictured. It has an efficiency kitchen. While I would have loved an air fryer or blender those are things you can bring from home. It's a small unit but you have everything you need. the neighborhood feels safe and is quiet. neighbors are friendly. Our dog was very comfortable as well. I'd say the city center is only 5 miles away. It was easy to get around and lots of convenience marts and supermarkets in the area though we packed a cooler. we made breakfasts and brought snacks and beverages but you can get that all once you arrive. There is a charcoal grill and a small outdoor patio area that you can use. We didn't grill or spend much time other than to sleep at the unit but it was perfect for our needs. We would return and highly recommend. The lockbox was easy to use and entry to unit easy to access. It was a wonderful weekend!

Ryan’s place was amazing. It felt very homey with everything u can possibly need inside. There’s plenty of parking in the front and outside in general. Gas station and Wawa is practically across the street. I highly recommend anyone who is in the area to stay here. Very comfortable and cozy place. This was our second time staying at this apartment. Our daughter lives a few blocks away, so it has been a great location for us. The apartment is around the corner from a wonderful coffee shop, and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The Broad Street subway is easy to access (only a couple of blocks away). The apartment is very clean, and everything is new. The beds are very comfortable! The host is very responsive to questions, and provided clear check-in instructions. We will definitely consider staying here again!

This was such a nice, peaceful, and relaxing stay. It was exactly what I was looking for. Gabrielle and Travis were very quick to respond to questions, very professional, and very friendly and warm. Their carriage house was comfortable and nicely furnished. The location is idyllic...mostly only the sounds of chirping birds. Very nice experience.

The entrance to the duplex features a blue front door framed by two windows. A staircase leads to the door, flanked by neatly arranged greenery in planters. A small seating area is positioned on the left, offering a place to relax outdoors.

I absolutely love this area of Philly! I grew up in Philly but never lived in the center city area so it was nice to switch things up a bit. For being in the thick of it all, the apartment is extremely private and quiet as it’s set back in a courtyard away from the street. It can be rough to find street parking in this area but I was able to after only a couple circles around the blocks which was a surprising relief! The apartment living area is bright and spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. The downstairs is cozy with a bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area. Communication was friendly, proactive, and helpful! I thought I left some of my camera gear behind after check out but assured I could go back to retrieve it anyway. Highly recommend! If you’re driving your own car around just be prepared to circle a few blocks once or twice and park a block or two away. That’s just Philly living for you!

One of the best feelings when you are traveling is staying in a place that you can count on every time. We have stayed at Dr. K's place multiple times, sometimes in the first floor apartment and sometimes in both when we are traveling with family. The apartments are always top notch: spotlessly clean, comfortable and convenient to our family in Wilmington. We always feel at home and enjoy the respite from our busy visiting days. The kitchen is equipped with everything we need and the living and bed rooms are very comfortable. And Dr. K. is extremely helpful and communicative. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else. In fact, we check for availability at Dr. K's before planning our trips. Highest recommendation!

We enjoyed our 3 month stay in Wilmington at Marc’s place. Marc is a great host and responded to any of our questions very quickly. His place was quiet, clean and close toTrolley Square, where we enjoyed walking to and enjoyed some of the restaurants there. We would highly recommend this spot for your stay!

New place to stay

Luxe Studio w/ City Views | Near Fishtown

I had an amazing time during my stay. I had checked in late, but unfortunately, was not able to use the code to enter the building and due to having difficulties checking in my first day, Vincent offered me an extra day free of charge 🤩.. definitely admired his hospitality. I will so be booking again with them in the near future. That was my only issue that I had occurring other than that my stay was peaceful and a great time away from home. I was able to get to the train that was only an eight minute walk that allowed me to take the L and also the Patco . It’s a great way to be in the middle of the scenery of Dave & Buster’s and eatery areas. Definitely enjoyed my time will be booking again.🤗

Becky & Wally's place was exactly as described - a great, cosy family home with 4 bedrooms and plenty of space if you're travelling with a large family. I was attending my brother's wedding with a few guests it was the perfect location to be the "hub" of all the activity. The home was cosy with ample sheets and pillows. There was more than enough coffee/tea and other daily essentials. The enclosed porch/sunroom was also a nice surprise to be able to sit and relax on a sunny day. Overall, we loved the stay - it's a lovely neighbourhood that's not far from stores.

I'd rent again, just to be clear. Christina was a great host-just what you want in terms of responsiveness, etc. Directions are very detailed & important to follow, given the mismatch between the AirBnB address & the entrance. I've only stayed in Fishtown & know it's difficult to park. Didn't use Christina's detailed map for street parking & just went to the lot on North Front Street. A 3 minute walk. $25/night. Worth it. Recommendations for places to go are spot on. Christina's list is great place to start for local spots. Took the one bedroom option. Place was still quite spacious & easy for two to WFH w/o getting in each other's way. Bed was very comfortable & the shower was good. The heating system fan is loud. You probably won't need that white noise machine in the bedroom. When leaving the apartment, I'd walk toward West Thompson rather than West Girard-a little shady there under the "el". (Sorry I forgot to run the dishwasher when we left.)
