Another great stay! The apartment is VERY clean, soft towels, amazingly comfy bed! I will say, the stairs are a killer, but it’s an older home, so it’s expected. Will definitely be back! Ruddy is a great host, very responsive.

The space was small and cozy, perfect for our one night stay. Took us a little while to check in and find the place, but the host gave us very detailed instructions to help us check in and find our way.

We were very happy with the apt in Manchester. Parking was easy, the apt was spotless and the host even let us in early!! If we ever need to travel to this location again, this will be our stay.

We have stayed in several Airbnbs, but this stands out as beautiful, comfortable, and full of hospitality touches. Drinks stocked in the fridge, fresh oranges, and real roses (and orchids) are a few of the extra touches Simon used to welcome us. I would absolutely stay in this Airbnb again. Excellent in all ways.

This location was perfection for everything my group needed. Kevin was proactive in communicating everything we needed for check-in well before our booked dates, provided plenty of information on getting around town, and was extremely accommodating with a late check-out request to help a few of our guests with later flights out of town. The beds, kitchen, and bathroom were all well stocked and comfortable leaving us wanting for nothing. I could not recommend this booking more and will happily book again for future visits. Beautiful, spacious, clean, had everything we could possibly need & perfectly decorated in a beachy theme with wonderful touches for Christmas! Right on the beach with amazing ocean views from the furnished deck & the living room! Easy to find, parking on site & simple keyless entry. Only a couple of minutes to walk to all of the shops/entertainment but still enough away to not be right on top of things & feel private. Swell Cafe, less than a 5min walk to the center, is open year round & perfect for all kinds of coffee, teas, hot cocoa & food with lots of healthy options. Sin A Loa, also in the center, has the best Mexican food & margarita/mojito flights! Quick walk to Blue Ocean if you're catching a show. Diana was absolutely wonderful & we can't wait to visit again!

My brothers and I were in town for a family member's funeral, so it's hard to be distracted by accommodations. Our stay here was a blessing as it allowed us to be together in a great environment, close to everything we needed. I would book this place again in a heartbeat if I were going to be back in Holden again.

This was our second time staying in this cozy rental. The house is super clean and comfortable. Its location makes it easy to explore Portsmouth and the surrounding towns and beaches. We loved the fenced in yard for our dog. We will definitely stay again!

Stayed at this house over Thanksgiving week with my wife, my two young children, my brother and his young son. The house was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors all very respectful. We had plenty of space for all of us and it was everything we needed and more. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area, especially anyone with little kids!

I’ve stayed at this house a few times, and it’s absolutely wonderful. The marsh view is stunning, and the ocean access is perfect. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony in the early morning!

My family and I had the most peaceful, relaxing, cozy weekend at this beautiful, historic New England Home. The charming and rustic farmhouse is full of history and character; exactly what I was hoping for. We didn’t want to leave we felt so at home! Yes, the house is old, so expect creaky floors and doors and the occasional friendly ladybug or fly. However, also expect modern upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms, and truly everything you need for a comfortable stay. Looking forward to our return.

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

My stay at the Marsh-Mellow, hosted by MaryJane, was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

This is my boyfriend and I second year in a row with Arun. We love the location, just outside of the busyness of the strip. Best location for walking lots of places and easy access to get to town for groceries or restaurants in Hampton area. The condo is clean and bright. We enjoyed cooking in 4 nights out of 7 with all of the amenities available to us to use. Best location for Wednesday night fireworks! Hope to be back again.

We had such a great stay here! The apartment was so comfortable and all of us slept great on the cozy beds. It was a spacious apartment and everything was clean and tidy. We loved the shower too! It was so nice to be only a short walk away from Salem’s historical district and all of the restaurants we wanted to visit. It was perfect for a girl’s weekend! We would totally stay here again!

We celebrated my mother's 73rd birthday and were so impressed with this condo. This condo was minutes from the beach, every amenity you could possible need and very spacious. The upstairs game room was a blast, my family loved it!! Highly recommend this condo!!

The property was stunning! It was so clean and homely, with everything you need and more. At this time of year it’s quiet by the beach so we made the most of the fully kitted out kitchen and made some delicious meals. We watched the sunrise from the window, it’s a direct view I’ve never had such a stunning view to wake up to!

This place is a hidden gem. The pictures don't do it justice, the views are amazing. It was clean and cozy. Diane was quick to respond to my questions. Great place for a much needed weekend away. Thank you Again
