This place had everything we needed. It was close enough to everything we were doing. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you so much.

The great thing about this place is that the host has thought about the fine details. Kitchen and bathrooms have extras in case you forget something. The honeymoon is wonderfully designed. The cozy fireplace and spacious hot tub make it easy to unwind. The rooms and bedrooms all have stunning views and the kids nook is fabulous. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We will be back!!

This was our second stay at the Stuga. Last time was in May so we wanted to come back in the winter for some snow fun. Did some sledding at the house and some snowshoeing at Barr Hill Nature Preserve just up the street. A lot of fun and beautiful as always. Nancy and Bob are great hosts, always responsive. Will be back!

Our stay at Gregoire Castle was a delight. The place is super fun—there are curious nooks and crannies all over the place, and sitting areas galore. Excellent for a group. The hot tub was terrific. Should note the beds are so-so and anyone with back issues should be aware. Several beds have very noticeable springs. Despite the single-digit temps outside, we found the castle to be warmer and cozier than we expected. Also, silly thing to be psyched about, but the castle is stocked with really excellent toilet paper.

Perfect location to stay while skiing at Jay Peak. We loved the cozy loft and the Tavern below had great food/drink & atmosphere. We would happily stay again.

Great location not far from Jay Peak (30mins) 5 minutes from downtown Newport. So much to do in such a small town area. We had such a fun time exploring the area and we will definitely come back to see more of that the area has to offer. The hosts are so nice and super responsive! Only negative would be the noise from the dogs but it got us up in the morning which was nice for ski days and they are super friendly and cute!

This listing is an incredible gem. it's close enough to small local towns to grab anything needed within a half hour trip, and very private and gorgeously situated. my toddler had a blast getting to peak at the cattle and alpaca and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. absolutely recommend this to families with little ones wanting a cozy getaway.

This is such a great little place, with all the amenities of home. You can tell so much thought and care has gone into it. Nice and close to downtown, but on a private, quiet lot. I will absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Colleen’s place for a brief romantic getaway, our first since our daughter was born nearly 4 years ago. The place was comfortable as described and the scenery in the area was beautiful. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed our stay.
