Hong was an exceptional host, always responding quickly and ensuring every situation was handled with care and professionalism. He was extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to meet all our needs. The property itself was outstanding—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with a range of amenities. It was located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for families, yet conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to explore Sydney. The spacious and well-designed house provided ample room for everyone to feel comfortable and at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Sydney. Its ideal location, combined with Hong’s outstanding hospitality, made our stay truly memorable. If I return to Sydney, I would without a doubt book this property again, as it was the perfect choice for my family and me. Everyone was thoroughly satisfied with both the home and the host.

Paul's place was excellent. Situated in a quiet street, although we were there during school holidays, so I don't know what it's like during other times. Within easy walking distance of Ryde Aquatic Centre. Very clean and tidy. 2 bathrooms was very handy. A spacious private backyard. I stayed at Paul's with my 87 year-old mother. Apart from the 2 steps to get to the front door, there were no other steps, so this was excellent. Paul was very quick to respond to any queries I had. A little home away from home. I highly recommend.

Lovely place, very clean, lots of space for our 6 adults and baby. The place was well resourced for a baby (inc travel cot and high chair). Had a nice outdoor area. Also very close to beaches and lakes. Host was very responsive and flexible. Thanks for letting us stay!

Spent a week in this charming boutique BnB with family over Christmas. The house was beautifully furnished and well stocked with quality appliances. The complimentary wine, milk and water was much appreciated ❤️ The Bedrooms were made up beautifully and the house was tastefully decorated. The location was perfect being a 1 min walk to river walk and cafes and 5 min drive to plaza or cafes and restaurants. The back patio was perfect spot for morning breakfast and very inviting with plants and fairy lights The media room was super comfortable with reclining lounges and cinema Tv and you could close it off for privacy. The house also had ducted air conditioning which was a blessing during hot summer days . I would definitely recommend staying here , it was a cute BnB, , both private , clean and peaceful and our hosts were lovely. Thank you !

Wish we could have stayed longer. Great spot and beautiful view. Amazing patio/deck to watch the surfers, waves, people walking the Bondi-Cogee walk. Loved every second here. We chose to stay home and order in because the view was that special. The place went big and spacious with bedrooms in the back. Great to have laundry too. Charlotte was a super helpful and friendly host especially when she helped us find another place to stay when we realized we showed up a day early and didn't have a reservation. A+ all the way. Stay here, you will love it.

It is a very nice place to stay. It was very clean and a very good size. The hosts are very nice. Only one thing you have to be aware the rooms haven't got air conditioners since I was there in the summer the rooms are a little bit warm but not too bad.

the place is clean, quiet, and Clare is also very responsive. Access from the bus is also close. Thank you Clare for the wine and choco 😊 next time we go to the Sydney area, we will stay there again.

My family and I loved this place sooo much, the photos didn’t really do justice about the place. The manor is sooo much better than the photos. We felt right at home, it had everything that we needed. Margot recommended some places which we visited during our stay and the kids loved it, especially the park near the dam. Margot is a very responsive host, we had to extend our stay since the kids wanted to enjoy a bit more of the place. This area is very quiet and peaceful. Would love to come back here on our next stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Remarkably well provisioned. Beds were super comfy and the location is spot on. Very easy to get to the city or walking distance to Bondi beach. Great host!

Jo was a wonderful host. Very friendly and helpful during the difficult weather. The property is also had everything we needed and more and the pool was spectacular. The views from the backyard were mesmerising. Thanks Jo for being a great host. We will definitely be back soon!

What can I say! Such a beautiful place - we loved every aspect of it from the location, to the balcony views of the water, to the lovely internal furnishings. We had a great stay here!! The home is as described and truely one of the best Airbnbs around. It is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay and the location was perfect for us being close to parks/walks and across the road from beach. Ben is an exceptional host and made our stay feel like home. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location, comfortable apartment and Sharon was extremely responsive. Workout room is tiny for the number of building tenants but so many other things to do in the area, more than made up for the inability to use the gym facility. Would definitely recommend this place to others if easy access to the city is a priority.

I had a great stay with a group of friends at Netally’s place. It’s perfectly set up for groups of adults to connect and have a fun time, and it’s in a great location. The barbecue on the balcony was great to do a breakfast cook up followed by a swim. The only thing to note is some of the mattresses are quite firm which could be a consideration for people who struggle with sleep, but we didn’t find this to be a huge deal. Other than that all the rooms are comfortable and well set up. Highly recommend this accomodation!

Amenities were beautiful, place was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. A very private and quiet place to relax in.

Our family of four loved our stay in this home, in a really lovely leafy suburb, so close to the light rail into the city, shops and cafes etc all within 5 minutes walk. The park next door was beautiful and the home was a lovely space, with everything we needed.

5/5 Stars! We had an amazing stay at Rob's place! The location was perfect - close to the beach, shops, and everything we needed. The unit had everything we needed, with a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom that were all comfortable, clean, and neat. We literally just had to pack our clothes and we were set! Plus, there was even a desk for working, which was perfect for us. My partner worked from the bedroom, while I took over the kitchen area - it was great to have separate spaces to focus. But what really made our stay special was Rob's mom - she was wonderful and welcoming, even to our furry friend Tama! She let him roam around her backyard, and he had the best time following her everywhere. And despite being next to her residence, we still had plenty of privacy, which was much appreciated. Rob was also great to communicate with - prompt, friendly, and kind. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommend Rob's place to anyone looking for a comfortable and

I didn’t want to leave!! Chelsea went above and beyond to create a super comfortable, peaceful, homey experience at Koko Abode. From the pristine set up to the amazing bath products to (lots of) yummy snacks and the studio being walking distance to amazing cafes and restaurants, this place had it all.
