Condo vacation rentals in Bundang-gu

I had a great stay at N’y N’y’s accommodation. It was right near Hongdae and had lots of cafes and restaurants near. The space was perfect for 2 people. Having a washer was really convenient especially if you are staying for 3 weeks or more (no dryer though but it did have drying racks). Air conditioning worked really well! This was a great place to stay for such a nice price!

The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I found the instructions to get there from the airport extremely helpful, but it got a little confusing once I got to the walking part as I had never been in Korea, but I figured it out and everything turned out great thanks to the instructions where she provided places of reference as you were walking to the place to make sure you were on the right track.

I booked Sarah’s place for myself n 3 teenage kids. Her apt was big enough for all of us to not get in each others way;) We checked in at the stated time tho we were allowed to deposit our bags in the apt whilst it was being cleaned up after an earlier guest checkout. That really helped! Sarah’s apt is sitting on the top of a hill. It helped that Sarah provided a pick up from Incheon for us. Apt was well furnished with all u need in a home away from home! Thank you Sarah, our stay in Seoul was amazing!

Our family, including our two elementary school daughters, stayed here and had a fantastic time. The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near Hongdae Station, making it easy to explore the area. The view of the traditional Korean streets from the window was charming, and despite the cold weather, the heating worked perfectly, keeping the space warm and cozy. The mattresses on all the beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was clean and fresh, ensuring a restful sleep. The duplex layout was a big hit with our kids, making the stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect accommodation for a family, with a stylish yet practical interior and well-thought-out furniture arrangements. The room is exactly the same as the photos, the environment is clean and hygienic, the location is relatively excellent, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is very convenient to go to the holy water and some of the famous coffee shops in Gangnam!Thank you to the host for providing detailed instructions before check-in and being very warm and friendly to guide us how to get to our accommodation from the airport, really appreciated!It was still a very pleasant experience, even though it was a short time to live here!

very very good location that is near the train station, lots of pubs and food options surrounding and it feels like a very young area! cozy place that is clean and host has very good communication and clear directions! heater works well in the winter! elevator makes everything easy with luggages too. thank you tomy!

The room is very close to the airport bus stop and convenient transportation nearby; although the surrounding area is more lively and many restaurants and bars, the room is quite quiet and the bed is comfortable for a good night's rest.Thank you for the patience of the homeowner.

Everything was fantastic about the accommodation! It’s spacious, has two bathrooms, and all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. As it’s close to Hongik University Station and Yeontral Park, the location is great. Although it’s near bars and restaurants, it’s also surprisingly quiet. Finally, the host was super responsive and flexible. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location clean and nice owner room

This is my second time staying at this apartment. I love it because the apartment is very spacious and Great location! 5 mins walk to train station, great food and shopping. Brian is a great host. Would love to come back here again.

This time, I had a good rest with 3 children and a dog. ^ ^ It was the same as the picture, so it was really nice. I thought it would be cold as soon as I went in, but it was so cozy because you warmly turned the boiler back. Thank you so much for taking care of the details! It was equipped with all the necessary electronics, so there was nothing uncomfortable. When I came to Seoul, I wanted to designate it as a hideout ~ I'll come for 3 nights

The space was spacious, the heating was good even in cold weather, and the bathroom was so clean that I was able to rest and enjoy it safely.

As usual my favorite spot to come back to😬 super flexible check in and out timings 😬 Host is really friendly n nice too😬 walkable dist from train stations and supermarket:) also found out that there is ALOT of rests in the vicinity too😬👍🏻

Amazing location and friendly host!

It was as described, and the subway station was nearby, so it was convenient.

The location was also great, and the space was small, but it wasn't uncomfortable because it had everything. Anyway, due to the nature of the trip, it wasn't to heal while staying at the accommodation, but to go around Seoul and sleep and rest, so it was quiet and enough to rest in the evening.

JD was so helpful and responsive to all our questions throughout our stay! The place was very clean and cozy, and very spacious for three people. Location was also great, in a relatively quiet area but in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping areas. I would stay here again if I come back to Hongdae. Thank you! :)

재이 place is really in good location, lots of restaurants and caffes near the place and also near main street of hongdae by walking distance yet we feel safe and peacefully The location also near subway exit 5 and 7 so very convenient if you travelling by train or bus cause her place also near the main road with a lot of bus selection 재이 is always responsive for our request and we are very thankful for that. The checkin process is very easy she even gave us early checkin and baggage storage before we really get in Thank you so much

If you are staying in Hongdae Sinchon in Yeonnam-dong, Seogyo-dong, Donggyo-dong, Changcheon-dong, be sure to stay here!

This was my second time staying in Hongdade. I love the apartment and location. It was close to all my favorite places as well as the train station. The value was incredible and the instructions made check in and check out very easy

Great apartment and close to the subway. It was very convenient while visiting my son at Korea University.

Stellar accommodation for a solo traveler. I really felt like I was in my own place. Jong was responsive and also left clear instructions for everything, and I mean, everything. There were even earplugs to cancel out any noise from the neighbors or the street, but my stay was quiet. Previous guests mentioned the uphill walk to the apt. Assuming you're coming from Sinchon station, my tip is to take exit #6, take a left onto Baekbom-ro (백범로, the street 'behind you' as you come up; do not cross any more streets!) and then onto the street where the accommodation is located. Trust me; it's a MUCH gentler slope.

There weren't many places to park near Hongdae, so I really struggled to find a good place to stay, but it was really nice to stay at this place. The host was friendly and the directions to the accommodation were accurate. It was cold, but as soon as I entered the accommodation, my body warmed up thanks to the warm air, and the condition of the accommodation was clean and really nice. There was no problem parking at all, and the host always responded quickly and took care of me when I had any questions. Next time I get a place to stay in Hongdae, I'll start by checking the reservation schedule here first!
