It's what has been advertised. spacious and fully furnished. let's start the review. Outside premises is modern and well Guarded, jas CCTVs and motion detected as well. Has Enough parking space for all the 6 tenants/clientele all at the same time. Host was kind enough to allow me to park my Motorcycle inside the compound. Compound grounds are well kept. and well lighted as well. Inside the room. Love the well cushioned sofa. very comfortable, whilst watching Netflix. and the bed has the right bounce to it. not to Firm nor soft. slept like a baby. Has a Full Pledge Fridge and a deck out kitchenette. though the can opener needs to be change. but wasn't a hassle at all. was able to use a knife to open the can. the Loo was fine. and I think there on the case of renovating the place. it was the Loo that was left behind but again, everything was working as they should. Just had a snag earlier with the Host about check-in time, wasn't his fault. Just wasn't able to come early 4/5

Andy's bnb is value for money. It's homey, clean, and with everything you might need in the kitchen and living area. We enjoyed the huge TV with netflix, and the quiet surrounding within a private subdivision was a big plus as it was great for our morning walk and jog!

The place is one of the very few nice listings in Naga. Well worth the money. The host is very responsive and I cannot highlight enough how important it is for this type of rentals. We had a minor incident and I was impressed on how the host and his sister managed the situation. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and this will be our go to place in the future. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Had a great stay! The unit is new, super cozy, and clean no bad spots at all. Maybe adding indoor slippers would be a nice touch, but overall, it’s really comfy. WiFi is also fast, it’s perfect if you need to work. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had a small concern (like a stray dog outside). They even gave us a contact for Kuya Jun, friendly tricycle driver who’s super reliable if you need ride for groceries or just want to explore the area. Big thanks to the host for letting us extend our stay for free for four more hours such a nice gesture! Definitely recommending this place!

I booked Ms. Marie's place for my in-laws, my husband, and my son during a one-day trip to Naga for an event. Normally, we stay in hotels when it’s just my husband and me, but since my in-laws are joining us, we wanted a place that feels more like home. We needed a functional kitchen and a clean, spacious common area where they could relax, even for a short stay. From the start, Ms. Marie has been very helpful. She accommodated our request to change the check-in time and guided us through the self-check-in process. She was quick to respond to our questions. Her place met all our needs, and my in-laws were very happy we chose it over the hotels nearby. Overall, we had a five-star experience. We will definitely book with Ms. Marie every time we visit Naga. Thank you, Ms. Marie!

The place is extremely clean and well-maintained. The location is great. It’s in a residential area near a school, so you may hear dogs barking in the morning and the national anthem at 7 AM, but it’s not disruptive. The apartment offers great value for money, with more beds than expected and mostly brand-new amenities. The host is very thoughtful, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Do note that it’s a two-story apartment, so stairs might be a consideration for some. It’s a comfortable and well-equipped stay, offering great value for the price. Highly recommended.

Jing's place is exceptionally clean and relaxing, situated in a peaceful and private location. After a 9-hour drive, we were greeted by a welcoming and comfortable environment. Minimalist Condo Unit for Rent

Had to check-in at the last minute and Venvic was able to accomodate us. The place was clean, tidy, and even had board games which was cool. Even for a unit that’s small and good for two, there’s a lot of storage space for our belongings. The price is worth it with good internet speed as well. We also had to extend our stay so close to our check out date, and we’re grateful that he accepted it promptly. Thanks for hosting us!
