Thanks to the host, Miss Annie. She was very kind and helpful, at about 2:15 pm she informed us that the room was ready for any time we could check in. First we arrived, she guided us to the car park then to our room and explained room amenities to us, and allowed us late to check out so we could refresh before we left. Rooms are on high 31st floors, very clean and spacious, warm design with beautiful sea views from balcony and bathroom. There is a large, clean bath tub in the bathroom so children can play in the water. There is a shopping center on the ground floor as well. Great location. Parking with security guard, it is close to the elevator and very easy to come and go. Overall it is very satisfied with everything.

I’m a mother of two and I can’t tell you just how much I felt home when I’m at Eric’s unit! It’s so family and baby friendly - has all the amenities (I.e. bathtub, baby liquid cleanser, kids toilet seat, slides & swing, toys, tv with Netflix and YouTube access, and even sterilize). My kids spent the time playing on their own that my husband and I get to rest. The place also has a great water park, just that we didn’t get to enjoy it as we don’t have much time and also it’s quite crowded. Anyway, we’ll definitely come back to stay at Eric’s unit again if we ever come back to malacca!

My stay was above expectations, the house felt homey, and the host left a welcome note, that I must say it made my day after a long trip. The projector, pool table and swimming pool all provided so much excitement for my nieces and nephews. There was also plenty of space to sleep in for 4 adults and 5 kids, and mattress protectors in each mattress which pleased me in terms of cleanliness. There aren’t that many physical places to eat around the area, but everything can deliver to the location if needed. The kitchen had snacks and tea that you can get as well, which were perfect for the midnight snackers. Overall it was serene and quiet, and the air amongst all the nature just felt extra clean and pleasant. Idk what this place didn’t have tbh, 10/10 recommendation. And the price was GREAT! But make sure u have a car, since some sightseeing might be far (20mins +)if that’s what you came for ..
